Falcons will win big some day. They don't participate in all tornouments beacuse of pointing system and Kyousuke visa issues. Don't forget they beat this G2 team easily 2 weeks ago.

match should have ended here 1:10:37 but man i dont know how malbs can put such a stone face and stomach the pressure alone at site with only a DE vs 5 vitality players, not to mention - match point for vitality. malbs did a good job staying alive buying time for rotation
analyst desk showed that vitality kept missing the new box molly in those last few rounds
the molly didn't cover the whole area bcoz of wrong lineup

Yes. How he defend B alone last round on inferno with straight face with low buy. All that pressure. Slowing them down. With extra smoke and Molly. Really impressed me. After they win that round. I know they will win this tournament.
He cycled 3 smokes and Vitality sat at top banana for a min with no map control, yeh he did well but Vitality literally did nothing until 30 secs
@Gamer-Aimer to be fair, that particular round, all 3 mollies were thrown correctly. 1st&2nd box, new box and dark. maybe its a blessing in disguise there was no other player other than malbs. otherwise, i doubt he can do anything. likelihood he will be burned to death while gettin himself blinded. the amount of utils thrown by vitality just absurd

Sunpayus got carried highkey, he would fire one bullet on the AWP for a kill and then die right after...only map he did decent on was 14-9 on dust 2 which is AWP heaven, and even then he only did that good because G2 as a whole was steamrolling.

This time it is different they are well drilled looks composed and team play is insane like everyone knows their roles. Dallas was a full on miracle run especially with a stand in… there was lots of clutches and Individual plays

This was the greatest underdog run so far at blast event this year
No one expected g2 to make it here and especially beat Vitality but they did it
If Hunter was an igl and Niko and money still playing for g2 the results could be different
But we will never know but one things for sure g2 is finding the form back
Matys was impressive a lot this tournament his aim and aggressive movement are insane

I think this was the best and biggest underdog win of the entire year for any of the orgs that host tournaments! G2 has been getting DOGGED on for awhile now. Werent even competitive most of the time, Then come and make this insane run, And beat the best team in the world. Some of these engagements made Vitality look plum stupid lol. They picked up their form again but I couldnt believe it. Map 1 they looked rouugghh. Hyped for G2, I been a SunPayus fan for years now

Great match, both wanted it, but apex had some lazy calls in inferno, the score was 12-12 and apex called 3 rounds of rushing without knowing any setting of the enemy.

it was apart from some group of absolute lowlife brits endlessly screaming as loud as they could "fuck you apex" and "lets go g2" for minutes on end without stopping and pissing off everyone else around them, im all for hype adn fun but these mfs were purely out to piss everyone off around them and just be nuisances. Shame one group of ppl can ruin the experience for everyone else.

That last round was absolutely insane from G2, a slow play into a split-second plant 👌 Hunter just absolutely going apeshit this game to which both won them the series and won me my Stake parlay on top of that! 😁 This team feels like the magic that old ence used to be, lots of players who are good but not known superstars taking turns to overperform on each map 🔥
MATYS is the best pickup after molodoy. What an impact player. Shoutout to HeavyGod also, he stepped up massively.
How does ropz not get any heat? Hes supposed to be the star rifler / impact player and hes clearly been underperforming compared to the first half of the year. I'd argue that he's been the difference over zywoo who has still looked unrealistically consistent.

The crowd in person was so loud you could barely hear the casters. The fact that even on the streams you can barely hear the casters at certain points just shows how insane this crowd was ggs G2

Amazing performance. Finally, a team whose games are actually fun to watch.
Not just "go and kill," but real tactical decisions that actually impact the game.
I think the best map was Inferno. The first three were one-sided.
The last one was pure domination too, but I guess it worked well as a finishing point.
But Inferno was a real clash. It felt competitive. And it really seemed like that map was the defining one.
And I also want to say a couple of words about Vitality.
Feels like they’ve caught the "Team Spirit syndrome."
Either ZywOo goes absolutely crazy and carries, or they barely scrape by - or just straight up lose.
