    I don't know about the so called Hyper Grace. But I know about salvation by Grace through faith. And it's actually that salvation by Grace through faith that enables one to live a godly life. But trying to do good stuff by yourself to earn God's salvation won't work because it doesn't work. You just have to trust in what Jesus did on the cross and that will consequently produce godly living in you. That's it.

      The most perfect response for me. Thank you. I choose the simplicity of God's word. Period. There is absolutely no need to be over analytical about the gospel. The power of God to save in the 'real' gospel has an assignment in the believer. If it is actually the gospel that is recieved, relax, eveything will be fine. Period.

    Thank you my sister Ebele 🙏may the good LORD keep working in you and through you in JESUS Mighty Name. Amen! These comments makes me realize just how many are deceived and are on the broad way that leads to hell.
    How then do you interpret these scriptures if you say that once saved is forever saved. Take note of this statement in the second scripture ;
    "and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life,"
    which means that though your name is written it can still be blotted out.
    (1) Matt.8.12 - But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
    (2) Rev.3.5 - He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
    I pray that you be loosed from the strong hold of the devil and that the scales will fall off your eyes to understand scriptures.
    WHAT!? Did JESUS die to legalize sin ? That's invariably what you are saying when you say once saved is forever saved.
    Oh GOD ! Let they that err in spirit come to understanding in JESUS Mighty Name. Amen!

      Hello Ma’am. Could you kindly share what part of this message is shared in Christ Embassy? I know where I was before I came in contact with Pastor Chris’ messages, I wallowed in Sin. After consistently giving myself to the study of the word of God(which pastor Chris often encourages every one to do in his teachings to vet for ourselves), prayers and fellowship with the brethren, I have not heard a conflicting message to what Ebele Light shared and I have grown a lot from who I used to be in living a God honoring lifestyle not so much about materialism. So, I’m quite appalled to hear you say this because it sounds very untrue.
      This is not me trying to defend a “church” because asides being a member of Christ Embassy, I also fellowship with at least two non-denominational ministries and I consider siblings from other Churches as my brethren. Kindly clarify because this comment of yours could be defamatory and misleading.

    I feel like the hyper gospel term is misleading . Grace in itself is "hyper" in nature. The term diminishes the true manifestation of grace. The word of God in Galatians talks about a love that surpasses knowledge. However, i agree with her in the sense that grace wasn't an excuse to encourage sin, but to give us opportunities to once again surrender to the Holy Spirit. The process is accept Christ, receive the Holy Spirit, transformation. Christ becomes our righteousness because the Holy Spirit forms Him in us. The term hyper-grace strips the grace of its actual nature. It is by that grace that sinners, aware or not are given a chance to accept Christ. We make it seem like there's a limit, burdening people's Spirits once again. Grace is grace. The work of transformation belongs to Jesus. Ours is surrender. I believe that when Paul asked whether we should continue sinning so that grace could abound, he too knew that the extravagant nature of it could be mistaken for an opportunity to rebel against God. Grace is hyper, extravagant and beyond knowledge by the mercy of our All-knowing God. Let's put our trust in Him to reveal the truth to the lost because salvation is by the Holy Spirit. It may have been borne from a concern towards those actively rebelling against God but let's not complicate what is clear. Glory to Jesus❤

      Hey, there's a misunderstanding here...a believer under Grace does not have anything to do with sin, it's been punished in Christ.
      Also note that unbelief was the sin from the beginning....Adam and Eve.
      Every society has their way of life and etiquette. What's good for the goose might not be good for the gander.

    What you are saying ma still beings us back to works. Even you can not tell me that you are now living a sinless life. None of us can. So what then are we saying. Jesus paid the price for the sin that leads to hell, that's why the Bible says we have peace with God. Every other sin has a consequence that you cant be forgiving for and you will reap those consequences directly or indirectly. The bible says whatever a man sows, he shall reap, there's no forgiveness for sins like lying, stealing, murder etc - you will reap the consequences here on earth.
    Please study 1 John 5:16-18, it's explains it better.

    A Believer is one who has received Jesus as your Lord and personal Saviour. The opposite of the Unbeliever is the soul that has not received Jesus as their Saviour.
    Salvation is purely by Grace through faith.
    Our good works; not lying, fornicating e.t.c. is working out our salvation. Nothing to do with entering Heaven. Remeber,if you are not a murderer, but your are a part of evil counsel, liar, look lustfully, James 2:10 says you have broken all God's law. And we are all guilty of one or some at some point in our lives.
    God never sinned, that is why He came from Heaven to pay for our sins. Unless we will never sin till we depart from this world, then we can add onto Jesus sinless nature. Why do you think Jesus paid for our past, present and future sin because every sin committed in our life time will always speak against us without the blood of Jesus. We are in the process of sanctification until we leave this earth.
    Basically what this preaching is saying is that Humanity is going to Hell. Not one will be saved. Not one, you,me and all.
    Should we show our salvation by our works? YES. Should we desire to bare fruit of righteousness? YES. If you don't, you will suffer ship wreck on earth and enter Heaven with the gnash of your teeth.
    Christians will not be judged on the nature or number of sins they committed but their purpose on earth will be tested through the fire according to 1Corinthians 3:13
    I am appreciating what Jesus did for me. It is from my heart of Gratitude, sin is becoming distasteful everyday.
    God bless.

    Grace and the fear of God should be fully embraced. None less than the other.
    Ebele is not correct here. There are levels of Faith and depths of obedience. We grow in obedience, because we grow in belief. Jesus' Blood is enough for salvation period. That's not hyper.
    We have to be careful in an attempt to 'counter' hypergrace, not to make light of th Blood of Jesus. Although the fear of the Lord must follow the knowledge of Grace, no Grace teacher teaches comfort in sin, they teach freedom from guilt, so that people can approach God boldly.

    Pls sister, sit over this message again and reevaluate. You are simply describing an unbeliever not a new creature in Christ Jesus. It doesnt matter if he goes to church or not.
    Pls, don't mistake a sinner for a believer. If a believer falls into an act of sin you cannot now say he is a sinner or call him an unbeliever, that would be wrong.
    Yes, a believer should not sin, but if he stumbles, does it now mean he doesn't believe God when he says to abstain from fornication? No now. He should not sin, but if he does, we have an advocate with the father.
    Question, WHO IS REALLY A NEW CREATURE the bible talks about? Pls, humbly do a research on Him and ask the Holy Spirit to grant you a more robust understanding by the scriptures. Shalom.

      What did you just say here
      Is there any meaning to what you said. So if we as believer's sin we not sinners we have an advocate with the father, so we shouldn't pray for forgiveness?? if you sin u're a sinner at that moment cause you fell short, the gift of righteousness or grace whatever does not automatically cut out the obligation of confessing n asking for forgiveness of our sin
      If you sin u're a sinner period, your salvation doesn't mean u're perfection and can't be a sinner

    My sister, i thank God for your zeal for him. But your perspective about sin taking a man to hell is TOTALLY WRONG!!! Truly, mental ascent to the finished work of Christ cannot save anyone. Saving faith is with the heart and once a person does so, they are saved. We often do not remember that the "SAVED" are called the children or sons of God. To be saved is to be born by God into his family. The same way a newborn child has no contribution whatsoever in the decision of his parents to sleep together for his conception, the pregnancy period, or even the delivery, is the same way the idea and process of our salvation was totally God's. We absolutely have no hand in it because salvation is the Lord's! The same way the newborn child AUTOMATICALLY takes up his parent's DNA, bears their name, identity, nationality and becomes the heir to their inheritance, so also the child of God AUTOMATICALLY takes up God’s DNA of righteousness and holiness (Eph. 4:24, 1 John 3:9-10), becomes God's heir (and Joint-heir with Christ Romans 8:16-17), takes up God's nature of eternal life (1 John 5:13) and becomes a citizen of God’s nationality - heaven. (Eph. 2:19, Philippians 3:20). Just the same way a child's behaviour does not confer these rights and privileges on them, so also our works DO NOT confer the benefits of God’s grace on us. If humans being evil would NEVER forsake their own children or disown them or completely stripe them of all birthright privileges no matter the wrong they do, how do you think our good father would send his own child to hell because "he sinned"? If thou O Lord would look upon sin, who can stand? If you think any human could attain sinless perfection in this mortal body, you are in error! Listen my sister, a truly saved person CAN NEVER, NEVER GO TO HELL!

    • @nkemnwanne365
      @nkemnwanne365 3 месяца назад

      And a child, even after all these privileges, refuses to grow and bring pleasure to his father will ultimately become a source of pain. If you're a parent, you'd understand better. If a child doesn't walk when he's supposed to or cannot read when he's supposed to, you won't keep petting the child and just letting him be. This is why God keeps teaching us, instructing us. What she's saying is too easy to understand. Yes, it was God's total idea and you did nothing to earn it but you have a will which God respects. Grace is God's given ability to do His will, if you have really believed Him. Not just an excuse to do as you want because God has already SAVED you. You can UNSAVE yourself by your actions because you're not a robot, this is the TRUTH. There's forgiveness of sin but if you believe sin is evil, you won't just leave yourself at the mercy of sin by continuous engagement in it but you will constantly submit yourself to God to help you and obey the leading of the Holy Spirit. If you believe that adultery can take you to hell because the bible said it, you won't be commiting it and telling yourself your sins have already been forgiven so it doesn't matter. Forgiveness is not licence to sin but a show of God's love because you're learning and growing. And that is what believers MUST do. Learn and grow

      @@nkemnwanne365 Have you seen any responsible parent who abandoned, forsook, deprived or killed their special needs child despite years of pain they go through managing the situation? If man who is evil could be that loving what makes you think our Good Father who forsake or kill (through hell fire), his problem-child. I am not saying a child of God who refuses to grow, do our Father's business or who sins habitually would not be chastised by Him. But such failure CANNOT "un-save" or "un-child" a child of God as you erroneously indicated. We are chastised (Hebrews 12:5-11) and lose rewards (1 Cor. 3:13-15) when we don't live up to God's expectations. But we CAN NEVER lose our place of sonship or go to hell fire. IMPOSSIBLE! I was taught this same falsehood that you now believe until I got better revelation.

      @@blessed4019 you veered off the point. You have a will...and that's the part you didn't account for in your write up. Going yo héll isn't God's making, it's your choice. God doesn't send people there, people choose to go there by virtue of their actions/choices. No matter how you twist this "forever saved" narrative, it doesn't alter the TRUTH(Rev 21:8--But cowards, unbelievers, the corrupt, murderers, the immoral, those who practice witchcraft, idol worshipers, and all liars-their fate is in the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.)

    • @blessed4019
      @blessed4019 3 месяца назад +1

      @@nkemnwanne365 That's the problem with you brethren who think it is the good works you do after salvation that will earn you heaven. You pick out a verse of scripture out of context and start running with it. The book of revelations you quoted the earlier verse (Rev. 21:7) "He that OVERCOMETH shall inherit all things and I will be his God and he shall be my SON'. The book of 1 John 5:4-5 describes for us the people who "OVERCOME". "For whatsoever is BORN OF GOD overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith (in Christ). Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that BELIEVETH that Jesus is the Son of God? While you are pointing at the works of the flesh (sin) as the main reason a man goes to hell, the bible points to the fact it is only our faith is Christ and his finished work that makes us God's children and therefore, heirs of the inheritance of his kingdom. Even if we are to consider the sins Rev. 21: 8 enumerates, the believer in Christ cannot be categoriized as the "un-believing". Moreover, even if each of those sins on their own would be the disqualifier to a child of God, no believer would enter heaven because you say untruths either by outright lies, half truths, or three-quarter truths. God requires perfection, therefore, if you break one law, you are guilty of all. Stop trusting in your righteous works. if they could have got you into heaven, Jesus wouldn't have needed to die on the cross. There are many highly moral unbelievers who have impeccable records of purity more than YOU.!!! Yet the reason God has accepted you over them is only because you chose to BELIEVE IN JESUS. Why then do you think it is your righteous works that will get you into his heaven?

      @@blessed4019 you don't read to comprehend....you have so much to say, I guess....grace enables you so it's not dead works....nothing was taken out of context here....if you claim you believe, your works will show...you're the servant if who you yield your members to, said the Apostle Paul, whether it is righteousness unto God or unrighteousness unto sin. Ebele is only trying to say that you can't be one thing and also be plenty other things, it's an anomaly that should be corrected not carried on with pride in the name of grace, erroneously...no one is talking about "works" but how do you believe yet proceed to walk in contradiction with what you claim you believe or maybe it's just lip service, just bandwagon effect....you'll be alright eventually
