Making and Canning Ball's Vegetable Stock Recipe

Ingredients:
1 pound carrots
6 stalks of celery
3 medium onions
2 red bell peppers
2 large tomatoes
2 medium turnips (I did not use these)
3 crushed garlic cloves
3 bay leaves
1 tsp crushed dried thyme
8 whole peppercorns
7 quarts water
This turned out beautifully. Thank you for reminding me I can do this with what I have on hand. 🙂

could you safely skip canning this and jump right into canning the salsbury steak patties with this stock and then can what is left of the stock afterwards?
I asked Ball that question and they said no.
