【Ibusuki Tamatebako】 A train trip with a superb view from Ibusuki to Kagoshima Chuo

This time, I boarded the "Ibusuki no Tamatebako", Japan's southernmost sightseeing express train. The train ride from Ibusuki, located in the southern part of Kagoshima, to Kagoshima Chuo Station was very enjoyable, with snacks sold on board and scenic views from the train windows. Normally, the trains are two-car trains, but this time, because it was a holiday, the train was a three-car train, but for some reason, there were few passengers on board. Although this is a popular sightseeing train, it may be empty at certain times of the day or on certain routes, so I hope you can use this as a reference.

このおもしろいデザインの指宿のたまて箱。機会があれば乗りたい。
去年の7月に1日限定で博多〜門司港の特別運行時に指定券が取れたが、乗車2日前に体調を崩し断念。
リベンジ乗車し、絶景とおもしろいデザインの列車を満喫したい。
