    INGREDIENTS:
    * Masoor lentil (मसूर की दाल) - 1 cup
    * Chickpea lentil (चना दाल) - 1 cup
    * Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 +1/4 tsp
    For Sev Namkeen:
    * Gram Flour (बेसन) - 1 cup
    * Asafoetida (हींग) - 2 pinch
    * Salt (नमक) - 1/2 tsp
    * Oil (तेल) - 1 tsp
    * Water (पानी) - as required
    * Oil (तेल) - for frying
    For Gathiya Namkeen:
    * Gram Flour (बेसन ) - 1cup
    * Black pepper (काली मिर्च) - 1/4 tsp
    * Black Salt (काला नमक) - as per taste
    * Asafoetida (हींग ) - 2 pinch
    * Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
    * Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर)
    * Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
    * Baking soda (बेकिंग सोडा ) - 2 pinch
    * Oil (तेल) - 1 tsp
    * Water (पानी)
    * Oil (तेल) - for frying
    For Boondi:
    * Gram Flour (बेसन)- 1 cup
    * Salt (नमक)- as per taste
    * Oil (तेल)- 1 tsp
    * Water (पानी)- as required
    * Food color (orange, green) (फ़ूड कलर) - 1 pinch
    * Poha (पोहा) - 1 bowl
    * Peanut (मूंगफली) - 1 cup
    For Masala:
    * Asafoetida (हींग) - 1/4 tsp
    * Chat masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 tsp
    * Ginger powder (अदरक पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
    * Fennel seeds (सौफ) - 1 tsp
    * Mint leaves powder (पुदीना पाउडर) - 2 tsp
    * Black pepper (काली मिर्च) - 20-25 pieces
    * Clove powder (लौंग पाउडर) - 1/4 tsp
    * Kashmiri red chili powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tsp
    * Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1 tsp
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 2 tsp
    * Curry leaves (कड़ी पत्ता) - some leaves
    RECIPE:
    Take Chana Dal & Masoor Dal. Soak them for 5-6 hours. Put some Baking Soda while soaking them. Then keep them for drying under the fan for an hour. Fry them separately & take out them.
    For Sev/Snacks, take some Gram Flour, put Asafoetida, Salt, Oil & add Water & bind the sticky dough. Cover it & keep it for 10 mins. Put the dough in the greased Sev Maker & make Sev.
    For Boondi, take Gram Flour, Salt, Oil & add Water gradually. Divide the batter into 2 parts. Put Green Food Colour in one part & Orange Colour in another part. & make Boondi with the skimmer. Keep the flame High while making Boondi & turn the flame medium while frying it & fry the Poha & Peanuts separately.
    For Gathiya Namkeen, take Gram Flour, put Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt, Asafoetida, Cumin Powder, Mango Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Baking Soda & Oil in it. Bind the dough by adding water. Make thin rolls with the dough, prick them & fry them on medium flame.
    For Masala, take a mix jar, put Asafoetida, Chat Masala, Ginger Powder, Fennel Seeds, Mint Leaves Powder, Black Pepper Powder, Cloves Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Black Salt & Sugar. Grind them all.
    In a big plate, take all the ingredients & put some fried Curry Leaves, some Masala & mix them all. Homemade Mixture Namkeen is ready.
