    Listening to this review on the JBL QD...its really good. Easy to set up and great sound.I have an IMAC desktop with an equaliser which enhances the speakers range. Good value for its price .... if you don't want an expensive sound system.

    Hi Tech Vector! Is it better to connect to the PC with a 3.5 jack connector than with a USB cable?

    Great video, can you connect these to an external sub via aux?

    How about the base??? This one doesnt need SW???

    • @tech_vector
      @tech_vector  Год назад +2

      No, this system does not require any additional software. Just plug it in and use it. At most, if you have a Windows computer, you may need drivers for correct operation!)

    • @tenghx8908
      @tenghx8908 Год назад +5

      i think you means bass , and ur SW means subwoofer right?

    • @tech_vector
      @tech_vector  Год назад +7

      @@tenghx8908 Ah, then it is clear, usually the abbreviation SW means - software!
      But if the question is about the bass and the subwoofer, then I can say that for such a compact desktop speaker system, the bass is enough, especially when you turn on the surround mode, of course you need to take into account the area of your room, these speakers are enough for a room up to 20 square meters. Especially since this is computer acoustics and it is designed for you to sit at a short distance from the satellites. Connecting a subwoofer to them probably won’t work, but there’s no need for that, these acoustics are a little better for other tasks!)

    Hi dude, thanks for a good review. How are the speakers connected to each other? I need to input PC using 3.5mm jack and PS5 using USB, can I do that, permanently connect both devices and than switch inputs?

    • @tech_vector
      @tech_vector  Год назад +2

      The speakers are connected to each other by a usb type-c cable, it comes from the main satellite and is connected to an additional satellite. And yes, you can connect to two devices, one using a 3.5mm mini jack, the other via USB!)

      @@tech_vector and how do i switch between inputs? one of the tree top buttons? BTW wow and thanks for a very quick answer :-) I also cannot find weather they are compatible with PS5 using USB and also read they have been occurring problems with the speakers lagging and switching off.

    • @tech_vector
      @tech_vector  Год назад

      No, they switch themselves, on which channel the sound is transmitted - that will be played! But as for whether it is possible to connect these speakers to the PS5 via USB - I don't know, I can't tell you, since I don't have a PS5))

    • @PEchiOnlajn
      @PEchiOnlajn Год назад

      @@tech_vector ok so rge safer way would be to use USB for pc and jack for ps5, but let's say the pc does transmit sound at the same time as ps5 since I keep both devices on while playing. How would that go?

    just wondering, if add a internal sound card like sound blaster Z SE, or external DAC like sound blasterX G5 to the JBL Quantum Duo, will it improve the sound quality?

    • @Panslapper
      @Panslapper 4 месяца назад

      Yes it will. I will be using these with Audigy FX2 soundcard and or external dac. I will also be using an EQ in windows 11 called FXSound.

    I have the jbl extreme 3, how do these speakers compare to the extreme 3? Because I realy like the extreme 3 sound (especialy the bass sound).
    Now I want thesame experience for when I'm on my desktop.
    Thanks in advance. 😉

    my audio sometimes jumps and pops in around 52-54% levelwhenever i connect the speaker via usb, idk why. this doesn't happen in analog 3.5mm or bluetooth tho 😮‍💨

    • @tech_vector
      @tech_vector  2 года назад +1

      Yes, there is such a drawback with these speakers, when connected via usb, in my opinion, something is wrong with the drivers! That's why I connect the speakers via 3.5mm or bluetooth!))
