I just got my 4-LOM in the mail to complete my ESB Bounty Hunters!! I never had Star Wars figures growing up, so this is like a childlike memory I wish I had. Lol.
I'm slowly starting to get my collection built. It's funny cause I started with some Black Series figures, but if I'm being honest, Kenner figures are so much more cooler.
I love bounty hunters! I hate to just jump on the bandwagon, but Boba Fett is easily the best. The rocket pack, the rope that shoots out from his arm.. the outfit. Man, what a home run this was. He took beatings from Luke constantly when I would play with my action figures, and he always came back for another fight.
It's interesting Darth Vader didn't require the Bounty Hunters to leave their weapons on their ships during their briefing on the bridge. Vader was like we can't expect these guys to be unarmed, go ahead a let them bring all their blasters and disintegrators.
Hahaha. I guess he figured the enticement of the reward for the capture of Solo was enough to keep them in check or he'd just Force choke the hell out of each and every one of them if they got out of line. Don't really think Vader was concerned.
Owned Greedo (in 1982). Bossk, was my first EMPIRE figure (in 1981). Also had IG-88 (in 1982) and Dengar (in 1984). Never owned Boba Fett as a child. My brother did have him. Never owned Zuckuss and 4-LOM. Boba Fett, Greedo, Bossk, and IG-88, are my favourite bounty hunter figures.
I'm quite fond of the bounty hunters myself. My sister and I still laugh at how little IG-88 did in The Empire Strikes Back. He was only a prop! At least Boba Fett earned his dollar! Still, IG-88 got two very detailed action figures. I still have both. I remember getting the Boba Fett when he was the first mail away Star Wars figure in 1979. I remember my brother was disappointed that the rocket on Boba Fett didn't fire. A note from Kenner was included with the figure, explaining the absence of the rocket firing feature. The Battlestar Galactica tragedy was all over the news, and many toy companies were worried about dangerous projectiles in toys. Fortunately this didn't affect my love for the Boba Fett figure, which I still have in my collection.

I never knew the info on Dengar and his bandages, strangley my sons favourite Bounty Hunter due to Battlefront game lol.....love the bounty hunters...I have read that it was a Mattel’s Battlestar Galactic missile that lead to a child fatality, and Kenner had cancelled it to health and safety issues.... either way very sad circumstances. Keep up the good work Stan Solo

I do believe you may be right concerning the Battlestar Galactic issue. I know the story of the rocket but forgot the name of the toy. And yes...extremely sad circumstances. I own a custom rocket firing Boba Fett. Was a pain getting the missile to fire, which nearly got lost in my living room twice. So now I keep the figure on a shelf without the missile in him.
There is a substantial reward for the one that finds the Millennium Falcon you may use any means necessary but I want them alive no disintegrations😁 has you wish😎👍

Thanks! IG-88 has 2 different mold variations. Never heard of Hollow Eyes on him. You can check on the back of the figure and look at the coo. It be different on each of the variants as the COO is slightly placed differently. Also the color is different between the 2. One has a matte finish, the other is more metallic. Boushh was a bounty hunter before he died. Leia was only using the suit, so I can't consider her a bounty hunter as it's not true. Just me. Thanks for watching. 4-LOM is my guy. I don't care that you called him by his true name "Zuckuss". 4 LOM (the figure) was released as a mailaway, and when I got him it renewed my interest in SW figure collecting. I was so impressed by his robe and harness, that I knew then (sometime in late '82 or early '83) that I had to have them all; and not devote my life life to the empty pursuit of GI Joe or some other nonsense. Game changing figure here so..... He's my No. #1.
It took me a while to get all the bounty hunters. Obviously Boba got the most play as a kid, BUT I was always a fan of the Bossk figure. The sculpt on Bossk was just great. One of my favorite fun facts i learned from your vids was the IG 2 guns fact.
@@GQJedi IG was very cool too, bit growing up in the 90s I didn't have one since the only way to get it was the shadows of the empire 2 pack. It never got a single card release and I honestly don't remember seeing the shadows sets as a kid in stores
Concerning Han Solo vs Greedo. Everybody keeps making a big deal that's solo shot first and I'm not saying he didn't but what many of you fail to point out or even realize is that Greedo drew his weapon first and if Greedo wasn't talking so much he would have shot Solo. So therefore Han Solo was in the right

Fett is a favorite, no doubt. Bossk definitely ranks #2 in my book but it’s hard to give him that outright as IG-88 is a badass too! 🔫🔥
