Hey Tom another question haha when getting a short board do you usually go with a shortboard smaller/shorter than you or taller than you? If so by how many inches smaller?

I go an inch shorter than i am, but i have boards that are an inch or 2 taller than me for bigger waves, so it’s dependent on what waves you are surfing but as a general rule a board that is your height or an inch shorter than you are should suit most surfing
