This was actually pretty good for a manhunt that just turned into OP Loot. The loot itself was not too overpowered so it ended up being somewhat balanced at the end.
Also you should do a manhunt that's like 2 vs 10 hunters with an extra twist too. So it's a little teamwork but still good hunter ratio and a twist. Or do imposter manhunts but don't tell the runners there is an imposter just let them find out. I hate how all the imposter manhunts everyone knows there's an imposter from the start rather than slowly being sabotaged.

I liked it, but it ran out of unique twists very quickly, and the debuff wasn't really meaningful since you could choose when to guess.
I think you should do one of those manhunts that swaps the speed runner everytime they are killed with this twist
