Six flags parts are too cookie cutterish for me, I should be able to go to different parks within their portfolio and have a different experience as you can with cedar fair parks.
Meanwhile, they neglect the other parks a ton. Hope the merger helps them clean up the rest of their parks, at this rate I could see them selling off and leveling multiple properties 🤦♂️
The Vekoma Super Boomerang is a great guess because on tbe earnings call it was mentioned that it was a "last minute opportunity" that presented itself meaning it wasn't something that was designed to specific Great Aventure terrain. It's likely something that is easy to place on a small flat piece of land. Vekoma probably has one or two of these in stock in their warehouse already
I still got a intamin blitz or giga over the main gate. It's the 50th anniversary and if great adventure gets another clone while Dorney gets a new dive they will have disgraced this once great park.
@@fms7293they are removing that stadium near Medusa and that pours into the safari. They could close a section of the safari and make a giga. Great adventure is the second largest theme park in the world when combined with the safari section so they definitely have room
As someone who has a season pass, they said it would be a ride called "the flash" based on the flash and they comfirmed it and posted the blueprint on their Twitter and posted the video of explaining the ride and showing how it goes on their youtube channel!

The super boomerang looks good it misses the mark for the level of park Great adventure is. The park needs a ride that is worth traveling to the park from across the country for, something that is a major draw to the park. Also as mentioned capacity it can handle is low so lines might be ridiculous for it. For a park like six flags america or another park of that size it would be a great fit. A super boomerang being thrown in last minute for the 50 is kinda a let down, but I guess I have to look at the brightside it's another coaster on the roster at GA. I'd take waiting another few years and a giga that beats fury to be put in.
If they are putting the new coaster in the Metropolis area of Six Flags where Green Lantern and Superman are,they have to be giving the new coaster a type of theming right?

The major Six Flags parks needs to have the Cedar Fair concept in building Roller Coasters.
