He is only blind when in the Hazzard but when he jumps he reaches a hight considered higher than the Hazzard zone so his jump attack will not be in a blinded state. As soon as he lands back down then he is blinded again so it's a split sec in the jump animation which is exactly when his jump attack strike takes place.
For Batmans Fight, You had His SP1 Blind... The one that gives them a chance to miss basic and swipe attacks and not the regular ol' blind yet, thats why (i believe)
black manta's jump attack is straight up not affected by any kind of blind, dunno if it is intended or not. I've also tried it, puppet only blinds his basics not the jump attack

Your orm dmg seems decent i just believe you should try other alternatives, try stacking s1 followed by s2 and before s2 runs out, do your s3, raven won't also be needed for orm, i don't believe that s3 stacks up with dmg buff.

That's why BWTD is the best character/team for raids
You can stack KF damage buff with herself, using sp1, which applies frostbite. It will take some time , but probably worth it.

One day they will create a solo raid boss with bezerk, blind immunity, DoT immunity Armour pierce immunity, and Chaos tag in. 😂

It is a very rare drop, in arena… I think once in a year or so. You’re more likely to get it from Challenges, and League donations.
