I had a chance to meet them when they first got to town and said to my family and friends that I'm very encouraged about the Commanders because of those 2 guys and Josh Harris, and then the final piece Jayden Daniels.

And also in the presser after, when he was humble and calm in the moment understanding it’s a rarity in your career but also not under playing it.

Only reason we sucked in RZ this past week is because we kept getting thrown off rhythm. Injury timeout, penalties, official reviews, sacks etc. Our offense functions best in the no huddle hurry up offense. They slowed our momentum and we ended up with field goals. Don’t think this is a personnel issue we just need to practice change of tempo offense. Going from fast to slow or slow to fast.
I 100% agree with you. Success in the NFL is never guaranteed. When you have a chance to win it all, you do whatever you can to make that happen. I don't think they need to mortgage their future, but like you mentioned, small moves here and there can make a world of a difference. We have the right coaching and schemes to help players be successful, we just need a little bit more talent to match that
Next years draft will grow the depth for Washington, free agency will get great stars to put them over the top. Everything else will be icing on the cake.
As A Commanders fan, I want to defend the Bear's defensive decisions on the final drive. 1st the play before the Hail Mary, the Commanders are 65 yards from the endzone, and earlier in the game Jayden connected with Terry on a 61-yard pass that was a shoestring tackle away from a house call, so playing off isn't a ridiculous call. Then the Spy on the Hail Mary. The Commanders were 52 yards from the endzone, Jayden had ripped off a 48-yard run with people actually in the box last week against Carolina, and this is a guy who hit Tyreek Hill-level GPS numbers on an 85-Yard TD vs the Gators last year. A Spy NO MATTER WHERE he is on the field is NOT Ridiculous.
I bet a 25 bet that they would win division. Payoff is 335. Not bad at draft kings in a casino in Vinton louisiana. Just hope the o-line can protect our future. And you know who the future is. My LSU star.
That was a perfectly thrown pass for a Hail Mary. It looked like it went 30 yards up and 70 yards long. Even with the mistakes the Bears made, it would have been hard to pinpoint it well enough to spike it to the ground, just because of how it angled down because of the height. As a life long Redskins fan, it sure is nice to have something to look forward to.

Been a lifelong fan of the team, over the past couple seasons really I've payed a lot more attention to everything, off-season moves etc. If it were up to me if the team can get solid players a positions of need then go for it. I believe there will be many great seasons to come with Peters and co. at the helm. It simply comes down to age, if they can land some good players that still have 3-5 years of solid play left then go for it, but I still want to see them keep a decent amount of draft capital. CB, Edge, and WR are the three key positions to look for. If a solid OL is available i would definitely look into that as well at least for depth. All in all if they don't make any moves for this year i won't be mad but maybe a little disappointed because I also believe to strike while the iron is hot.
I like Luke he just needs to practice catching the ball hopefully he develops on par with jd and we see both them and sinnot explode next year. Because if we can address them areas you said in the draft or signings I believe we could go very far next year
I would be surprised if AP does a splash trade. It's possible if he can make a deal where the quality of the player can't be had with the pick given up, but AP loves his picks. You can imagine not having the Newton or Coleman picks, what would we have gotten as a player instead.

I respect Peters’ judgment totally; if he were to trade, I believe it would be only for a payer on the defensive side, most likely a CB, where they have the greatest need. While I don’t think this team can go deep in the playoffs, I think they can make it and win maybe one game, which would be a fabulous turnaround from where we were. thanks for the Lions’ love!
The defense is currently ranked 13th (right behind da Bears) and 3rd in offense. The defense has been getting better every week, and the chemistry within the team is incredible, truly like family. For Peters to make a deal, it would have to be exceptionally beneficial for Washington to chance messing with that chemistry. I don't see it happening, but then again, we did get Philly to take out our refuse for a third, so you never know!
We could make a trade but I think Quinn can tell his team he is ride or die with them and not going to change anything. That will fire them up even more. Plus Defense is improving every week.
Hey the bengals with Joey are a perfect example. As to striking while the irons is hot. You can tell that Super Bowl year had they of made a couple mid season trades I think they may have been winners. Granted they’re still good but you can tell it will be another 5 years before you can seriously consider them Super Bowl bound. I stopped at 2 min. I realize you are a Lions fan. I’m a Washington fan forever and throughout the years I noticed that our division games are “any given Sunday”. I’ve seen a 3-10 team beat a 11-2 team in this division. It’s happened all throughout the years. In the NFC East every team is 0-0 when they play each other. We are rocking this year but I won’t jinx it cuz the Giants can win against us on Sunday, even the one trick pony Cowboys can win. The Eagles are just as strong as us. We can win all these games as well, but it’s rare that a East team sweeps their division. Now I will continue the video.
A true #2 wide receiver would help take the double teams off of Terry and really help that offense. But I agree, secondary help and maybe a pass rusher to help that defense.

Get More or stand ground, and get a Top Corner or Edge Rusher in 2025--- look at Hutchinson (sucks he got hurt) or TJ Watt,,, i know they dont grow on trees, but thats what we need to get past the Eagles in division.
