    The P40DC Engines can run anywhere on the Newark Division including the NJCL, RVL, NEC and ACL. They don't run them on the NEC because obviously there is no need for diesel service and they don't run them on the NJCL because the engineers aren't qualified with them for that line. I've seen them come down the NJCL on equipment moves. The only reason they run on the ACL and RVL is because the engineers are qualified with them for that line.

    They just use the P40DC's on the Atlantic City, and trains in the Newark Division (Except Northeast Corridor).
