President biden didn't miss it. he's supposed to be in the motorcade as we fire. then as he exits the cemetery we fire again at the same intervals. reason for there only being 3 guns is in the cemetery no matter the mission we only use 3 cannons. if it's out of the cemetery we can use 3 or 4 guns depending on the mission. also the location that we fire ( red springs) only has room for 3 cannons to begin with. honors were given appropriately for both president biden and former president trump.
