In uttarakhand 2017 mohammed salim vs state of Uttarakhand case, the court gave ganga and yamuna the status of a legal person. But-
Rivers Don't have a property,
They can sue or can be sued,
They can't enter a contract,
They don't have rights and duties.
So how the high court did that?
