زمانی که در t>0 در مدار منبع فعالی باشه سمت راست معادله بعد از KVL و KCL دیگه صفر نمی شه و معادله ناهمگن می شه. این موردی هم که شما گفتید حالت ناهمگنی است که برای پاسخ پله پدید میاد.
