I think HR should go beyond the "system", "structure" if we want to survive. AI will kick out a lot of practitioners as we have no idea how to help organisations to disrupt. We only know analytics (which I think is outdated) but fail to comprehend how to use the real BIG DATA (not just numbers, but include real time behavioral data), and use platforms to connect the brains of people in the organisation. Ask ourselves "how I can help my organisation to disrupt", if we cannot answer this question, our CEO will have alternative solutions to replace HR!
