- Nikki Garcia, who married Artem Chigvintsev in 2022, has spoken out through her rep after the Dancing With the Stars pro was arrested Aug. 29 for domestic violence. Telling TMZ in an August 30th statement in part, “This is a private matter.”

I don't know either of these people but I disagree with the statement. Domestic violence is not and should never be a private matter. Too many women and children being abused and murdered. Sometimes the whole family.
Sadly if the woman doesn't want to speak up, you can't force her.

That’s debatable. Everyone needs to respect when someone chooses to keep a criminal charge private. It’s no one’s business until things are revealed to be truly bad.

If I remember correctly, she got violent with John Cena in the past, didn't she? Also, she fought for a living, even if it was fake. She's a tough girl and probably stronger than her husband. So two things. He was arrested n released in a few hours which leads me to believe that the cops took him in and Nikki got em out. Which to me means it was a question situation which appears to be foul play that the cops had to take him in but was probably a horrible accident.
That was the first thing I thought when the news came out that he met bail. Nikki would be the one to get him out. Otherwise, he would have probably been in there way longer.

I’m wouldn’t be shocked if Nikki was the aggressor. They had a reality show a while ago and she was more pushy he was the calm one. Nikki knows what really happened that’s why she is not saying much.
