For wasps I recommend a simple trap from a PET bottle. Cut it off at the top so that you have a funnel with the same diameter as the rest of the bottle and put it with the neck down in the bottle. Pour some juice, maybe sugar covered with water. The wasps get in but won't come out. Set a few and the screaming is over.

Me either! I’d be interested to learn more and tried to research it. Can’t find anything about this method of pressure canning with these jar and lids. I’m not sure how air would be able to vacate with the lid being sealed with the manual sealer. 🤷♀️

My dad tells me stories of getting canned roast from the root cellar. Now we are fairly removed from a simple life and good food, which is sad. Love everything you have built. I just saw a video where a guy was using a pressure washer to remove bark off the trees he had cut down to build his cabin with. That bark was just flying off the log he was working on. Sure beats scraping it off with a steel scraper. Just a thought it might help someone that wants to build a cabin or is in the process. Do you live in a rainforest? It looks like it always are raining. We have a lot too, but here is either sun, sun, sun, or rain, rain, rain for weeks. It is the first time I have seen anyone pressure- cook raw meat, how is that working? When I grew up, in a poor small farm up an mountain-area in Norway, se salted and dried meat so it should last for months, and it is very good too, you can eat it as it is. We also dry fish, I guess most people have heard of the Norwegian dried cod? (tørrfisk) I love that too, you will NOT starve if you have that. You are working hard and your dog have grown fast and he is a beautiful dog. Thank you for sharing your way into the future.

The real reason why the first video had my attention was your dog, sorry but I love dogs but cant have one so I Like watching them around, your dog is really pretty and melts my heart, by the way I have not regrets. I want to live in the country where I would love to built a little cabin, something hard because I don't have the skills or the strength needed, so I have been watching some videos from people who built cabins but yours dude, you are in another level. I love the angle iron shelves you made, so simple but so sturdy and the charred wood looks amazing. I have always wanted a home with a basement or cellar but I have lived my life in a sub-tropical climate with ground water just 12 inches under the ground. Hello Bjorn, Watching your videos always puts me at ease and helps forget the troubles in this world. That pressure cooker is one interesting contraption I was surprised you don't use water in it like pressure cookers that I have witnessed or used in my life. Nothing like garden fresh fruit & vegetables canned up for cold storage winter preps. i see you don't use personal protective gear like a mask from the black soot off those boards your burnt I know it may not look good for the video audience but your health is priority.... sorry to sound like a parent but these things catch up with us all in old age lol.There are some real sweet scenery where you live which make for good photography. I was very surprised to hear you speak English lol your full of surprises lol. Well stay safe and I look forward to more of your adventures.
To can meat and most vegetables safely and ensure Clostridium botulinum spores are killed you require a temperature of 116 degrees Celsius which a pressure canner like this can achieve. Hot water canners (Fowler Vacola in Australia) only reach 100 Celsius. OK for most fruits, jams and pickles but not meat. US Department of Ag has good info.

I just saw a video where a guy was using a pressure washer to remove bark off the trees he had cut down to build his cabin with. That bark was just flying off the log he was working on. Sure beats scraping it off with a steel scraper. Just a thought it might help someone that wants to build a cabin or is in the process. Do you live in a rainforest? It looks like it always are raining. We have a lot too, but here is either sun, sun, sun, or rain, rain, rain for weeks. It is the first time I have seen anyone pressure- cook raw meat, how is that working? When I grew up, in a poor small farm up an mountain-area in Norway, se salted and dried meat so it should last for months, and it is very good too, you can eat it as it is. We also dry fish, I guess most people have heard of the Norwegian dried cod? (tørrfisk) I love that too, you will NOT starve if you have that. You are working hard and your dog have grown fast and he is a beautiful dog. Thank you for sharing your way into the future.

I descovered your videos last week and I am very impressed by your skills. The real reason why the first video had my attention was your dog, sorry but I love dogs but cant have one so I Like watching them around, your dog is really pretty and melts my heart, by the way I have not regrets. I want to live in the country where I would love to built a little cabin, something hard because I don't have the skills or the strength needed, so I have been watching some videos from people who built cabins but yours dude, you are in another level. I am so impressed about how beautiful you work is and I really wanna see how that big cabin goes, please stay safe, your land is beautiful and that amazing dron wiews looks like pure art to me but feels dangerous to show that much.

Bjorn you are so talented and amazing. I know I tell you this each time I message you, but it is so true. I love the angle iron shelves you made, so simple but so sturdy and the charred wood looks amazing. I have always wanted a home with a basement or cellar but I have lived my life in a sub-tropical climate with ground water just 12 inches under the ground. I would love to trade the sandy beaches for just a short time in your beautiful land. Always may you be blessed abundantly and love to all and God bless.

Hello Bjorn, Watching your videos always puts me at ease and helps forget the troubles in this world. That pressure cooker is one interesting contraption I was surprised you don't use water in it like pressure cookers that I have witnessed or used in my life. Nothing like garden fresh fruit & vegetables canned up for cold storage winter preps. i see you don't use personal protective gear like a mask from the black soot off those boards your burnt I know it may not look good for the video audience but your health is priority.... sorry to sound like a parent but these things catch up with us all in old age lol.There are some real sweet scenery where you live which make for good photography. I was very surprised to hear you speak English lol your full of surprises lol. Well stay safe and I look forward to more of your adventures.

To can meat and most vegetables safely and ensure Clostridium botulinum spores are killed you require a temperature of 116 degrees Celsius which a pressure canner like this can achieve. Hot water canners (Fowler Vacola in Australia) only reach 100 Celsius. OK for most fruits, jams and pickles but not meat. US Department of Ag has good info.
I was surprised there was no water in the canner to build pressure too but maybe pressure was achieved when he was pumping the thing at the top?

After seeing all the hard work put into your root cellar, its really great seeing you putting it straight to use. I think I'm in love with your pressure cooker lol, I've never seen anyone using a spanner to close their pot before, really impressive.😂👍
