Oh my. This 5 minute card is lovelier than some 5 hour cards. Thank you - and thank you for the whole 5 minute series! I’d love to also see each one in a pdf that we could keep in a binder or file, similar to the SCT instructions. Having them all at hand would be worth the price of a class for me.
Thank you Gina, that is such a lovely card - I really love your 5 minute videos, it means I don't use up all my cardmaking time watching a video on how to do the card. I like also that it's not a Christmas card :) I'm wanting a change from them.
Gorgeous! I finally got this stamp set and have it in my “stamps and dies that I want to play with” box! Perfect timing… love your card! Thanks for sharing another 5 minute card. Have a great weekend! 🙂
That's a lovely card, and an ideal technique for arthritic hands - not too long or too much pressure. The colours are gorgeous! Can you reuse the masking paper, or do they lose their tack? Once you've created masks, it would be a pity if they couldn't be kept for future use, so I'm curious 😃 Thank you, Gina, I do enjoy watching you. *Edit - I've just watched another video, which answered my question regarding the masking paper...🥴
Lovely! Thank you! I’ve been trying to come up with something similar today for thanksgiving cards using your Masking Magic for the first time 😊 …. I’ve spent a couple of hours trying ideas but this one looks fabulous … unfortunately I don’t have many of your stamps but I’m going to look and see where I might find them here in Canada and if I have to order direct maybe I will order them way before they are actually needed 😳. I have to do multiple so I need to get working on them …. Our thanksgiving is in October …. Procrastination is my middle name 🙄
Love your videos, but I'm struggling with some new stamps I purchased. Is there a tip to breaking in new stamps? It seems that they are so sticky that they pull the paper up, but the larger stamps aren't getting good coverage no matter how much I re-ink and try to stamp. I'm using my stamper and magnets, but I'm not having much luck.
Beautiful! I love this technique and would like to apply it to some Christmas cards, but I can't think of any way to do that--have you ever made something like that?
Very late in adding a comment but I have had this (wonderful) 5 minute card bookmarked since you made it. It's perfect for what I'm doing now. Many similar cards to leave at our parish office so the "gang" can choose a couple for them to send. (their requirement...they can't send them to me!) Thanks so much for your 5 minute card videos!!!!
Gina, this is such a simple yet elegant card that could be used for so many occasions. I just love all the tips you share with us. Thank you so much!!!
I love silhouette cards! My go to so many of the time! This one is gorgeous 💙 so soft - I have been using distress inks as colors for so long, but I would love to build up a collection of your inks 🤔 you have some spectacular ink colors… and cards stock colors as well!
