Ingredient List
500 Gram Mutton
2 Tbsp. Ginger/Garlic Paste
1 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 Tsp. Kashmeri Red Chilli Powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. Coriander Powder
5 Tbsp. Yogurt,
1/4 Cup Oil,
3 Medium size onion cut in slices,
250 Gram Tinde
3 Green Chilli
1/2 Tsp. Garam Masala Powder
Garnish with Coriander Leaves
