I have had the Soft Secret yarn for several years.. made a several of baby blankets as well as a couple of adult throws for the new moms.. LOVE that yarn and it does wash and dry nicely. Here in my town the Michaels seems to be cutting back on the scrapbook stuff just like Hobby Lobby is doing... so we are forced to shop online.. Thank goodness for youtube channels like your's, as well as my favorite paper crafters channels, that do reviews of products as well as demonstrate or teach how they use the products. Another wonderful yarn I just found at Hobby Lobby and have made a baby blanket (LOVE this yarn!)is the Baby Bee yarn.. made the baby blanket in Coral Cutie multi print.. for a new great grand baby that we do not know is a boy or a girl... I am a recent subscriber and have only just gotten back into crocheting and knitting. Your channel has helped me so much....Thank you.
Beautiful yarns. I always enjoy trips to Hobby Lobby!! I think a fall sweater would be gorgeous & please do a video tutorial. You pick out beautiful coordinating colors and an amazing teacher. Thanks for all you do😊
I use I Love This Yarn about 70% of the time when crocheting. I have been very happy with how the items hold up when I wash and dry them. I wash cold, gentle cycle and dry only a few minutes. We are going to the Smokie Mountains next month and the yarn shop in Maggie Valley is on our list of things to do!!!
I LOVE Hobby Lobby! They have the best selection of yarn for a good price. Even better when there is a sale. The store is neat and clean and organized. It makes shopping easy and fun.
I love Hobby Lobby’s Fundamental Cotton. I have crocheted beautiful baskets, coasters, hot pads, and friendship bracelets. Very durable “rope like” yarn 😊
Beautiful yarns! I think those 4 you held up at the end could be a cozy blanket, a sweater, a shawl, or even a couple of pumpkins! I actually went to my local Hobby Lobby yesterday and got a few of the fallish colored skeins to make pumpkins. With the left overs I may do a smaller granny square lap blanket.
I LOVE THIS COTTON USE IT ALL THE TIME IT IS SO SOFT NICE TO WORK . MAKE DISH, BATH CLOTHS ALL THE TIME. ALSO HAVE MADE SLEEP MASK WITH IT. HOBBY LOBBY HAS THE BEST YARN SELECTION I SHOP THERE ALL THE TIME
I Love This Yarn is my go to Yarn. I have made so many blankets with it. I love that you showed the yarn that you picked and the accent colors. I think some times I get in such a routine and get the same colors it is good to see someone else's choices. Thank you 😊.
Thank You for sharing, Glenda! Hobby Lobby does have a good selection of yarns. I LOVE THIS YARN, they have been selling this yarn for a long time. Make hats, cowls, scarves, and with the cotton, make washcloths, potholders, the list goes on and on. Yes, yarn is on sale every other week.
I made a c2c afghan out of the cinnamon cedar and I have made hats out of that color also. It works Up so beautiful . I also love the I love this cotton yarn!!
I used use I HAD LOVE THIS YARN almost exclusively. Aboout 8 I ears ago, i dident know what yarn to go with. My😢 son would pick up yarn for me. He had bought red heart, one day he brought me I LOVE THIS YARN. I was socked, i was so surprised how wonderful it was to crochet with . Since then i have made so many things with it , im running out of room. I made things for this person and that person. Can't get my son to mail them. I have plastic boxes in every room. I love yhe color's you got. Now i want to go shopping. He doesn't take me shopping anymore, because i can't walk far anymore. He would push me in a wheelchair then go back to get the cart. A pain in the neck. So i cant see all the colors. I look on the internet and write down what i want. ❤❤❤ Love y'all
I get so much joy out of watching your channel Glenda. Thank you for making so many videos. I’ve been a crocheter since I was 7 years old and I’ve learned more in the last year from you and some others that I’m loving this super fun hobby and it helps so much with relieving stress.. ❤❤❤❤
I use “I love this cotton yarn.” I make baby blankets, hats etc. I love the colors especially the multi color yarns. I have also used this to make full blankets and throws.
So true about Michael’s. I have two very close to me and I don’t even bother. Hobby Lobby is my favorite but it and Joanne’s are farther away. The colors you purchased are beautiful especially the yarn you picked for the sweater. They would make a beautiful afghan.
I love the I Love This Cotton yarn. I use it all the time for kitchen items and clothing because it is so soft and washes so well. I would use all 4 colors to make a sweater for fall. Those are beautiful yarns and look great together. I can't wait to see what all you make with those beautiful yarns. Thanks for sharing.
Omg that I love this yarn Cinnamon Cedar is my FAVORITE!! I have gotten SO many compliments on it! The colorway is stunning!! This fall I'm going to make a blanket for myself. ❤
I have to drive an hour to a Hobby Lobby or Michaels but only 30 to Joanne's. A lot of places are carrying less and less yarn esp Walmart and Michaels...so sad..and I too like to feel the yarn I buy!
I love hobby lobby yarns. Of course I love many many yarns but I love this cotton is fabulous especially for baby items. I made a beautiful lavender metallic wrap for my 90 year old mom with I love this yarn. I’m going to be making some sweaters with I love this yarn next in very pretty variegated yarns. So addicted!! Lol
I have that color too! 😊 I had seen a shawl made from it and it was absolutely beautiful, I fell in love. All the colors you bought go with it. I chose to go a bit bolder with soft and sleek olive green which is darker/deeper than the sage. I still have yet to use it. Maybe you will give me an idea. 😂 Maybe a patch work cardigan would be nice, then you could use all the colors. 😊 Thanks for sharing and look forward to see what you make with the cinnamon cedar! 🤗
Thanks for highlighting cinnamon cedar from Hobby Lobby. I discovered this colorway a few weeks ago and bought a "test skein." It works up beautifully and I'm currently trying to decide what solid colors to go with it. I am considering light sage as well as the darker clover and burnt pumpkin and sungold. Thank you again for showing these colors! ponchomama
I made a sweater with that exact fall print colorway. I think a blanket with all of the colors would be beautiful! Thanks, Glenda, for showing all of your beautiful yarns
Glenda, it looks to me like you might consider making HobbyLobby your first choice for a go-to yarn store to go to instead of Michaels or Joann's. They have a nice variety and quality of yarn in my opinion. Now, as for the project, I would definitely make a knockout beautiful fall blanket, lovely choices of color way yarns you picked. I am partial to blankets though so for me it is a no-brainer. So nice to hear your purchases and I buy a lot of your baby blanket and afghan patterns. They are wonderful.
An afghan would look really nice in those colors. I haven't used the fundamental cotton. I also like the way Hobby Lobby organizes the colors and it always nice and organized. 😊 I've also noticed Michael's yarn supply seems to be depleting 🤔 however my Michael's in Ontario has a good supply but, going towards their own brand. Have a wonderful blessed day 🤗🙏🏻💖
I make small stuffed animals with the " I love that cotton ". Love it ... I've also made Christmas ornaments. Great to work with. I made bee last. Face hugging soft. My 8 year old granddaughter loved it.❤
I think those colors match perfectly!! I was in Hobby Lobby and did the same thing. I picked up a variegated yarn and matched 2 colors with it to make a Fall blanket!! They have a wonderful selection.
I bought 6 skeins of cinnamon cedar acrylic and 5 skeins of Cinnamon Cedar cotton!!! It was so funny seeing that same yarn on your video! The cotton will be a shirt, the acrylic a sweater! I love Hobby Lobby yarn.
Thank you for the inspiration. I love that Cinnamon Cedar color. I esp. liked the tweed with it. I am feeling a leafy afghan for that, but I would love wearing a sweater too. I think you have nudged me into yarn shopping mode.
Mercerized cotton is great for summer projects like a mesh bathing suit cover up or a beach bag. The soft baby blanket yarn looks like Caron softee yarn, I’ve also been in a baby blanket mood and have also started my Christmas color projects…I’ve been trying my hand at TLYarn Crafts new dish cloth and dish towel Tunisian block pattern set.
Really like using I love this cotton. I can tell you have something in your mind for the cotton you bought. When showed the acrylic yarn I thought sweater. It would be so pretty with two other colors.
Yes, I absolutely LOVE the "I LOVE This Cotton!" yarn and have made dishcloths/washcloths and hotpads from it. It crochets beautifully. I also LOVE the "I LOVE This Yarn!". It is a wonderfully soft acrylic and have used it. The fall color of Cinnamon Cedar came out last year and it was forever out of stock as it was such a popular color. That color should also be available in the "I LOVE This Cotton!" yarn. I spotted new Christmas colors and new fall colors in their Crafter's Secret 100% cotton yarn last Friday. It wasn't the sale week or I would have gotten more of it. I use it for my hotpads. Happy Crocheting! 🌞🌞🌞
I love Hobby Lobby yarn! It is softer than Red Heart. However, Hobby Lobby used to have a lot of yarn! Years back they carried more of the other brands as well as theirs. Red Heart, etc. They started cutting back and then only having basically their yarns. Now, they have taken away so much yarn it is sad to see how much is gone now. Same with fabric. Other stores have dones this as well. Like Michaels, which you mentioned. They just don't seem to understand their customers. Thank you for sharing the yarns!
It's funny I was JUST looking at I love this yarn Print when I was there a week ago for a project I am currently making. I love all the colors you chose to go with it and I would use all 3 plus a nice brick red. I think it would make a gorgeous afghan, but I am focused on afghans again lol.
Hi there Glenda! I Love This Cotton is the best cotton around to me if you want things to be soft especially if you're making a garment or a washcloth, especially for baby washcloths. If you want to make a market bag, I use Peaches and Cream since that's more like string/more durable. Also, the sea of colors of I Love This Cotton are amazing!
Those colors are lovely. I would probably make a blanket with them. And yes, Michaels has really disappointed me with how little yarn is on their shelves. I rarely go there now and use Hobby Lobby much more. Love their yarn.
Those are beautiful colors together! I hope you make an Afghan and I hope you make it quick, so that you can get a tutorial out there and show us how to do it :-) I love the fall, and those colors are gorgeous! I think the green with the multi is my favorite, but the yellow with the specks was a great choice to. And the shade of brown is a perfect neutral to go with it. You could use any of them in combination.
Love the yarn you picked. I've been wanting I LOVE THIS YARN COTTON forever! lol So I'm going in! I love Mainstay cotton, but they only have 5 colors to choose from! boooo Thank you for this video. Very informative. And Michael's is definitely not making the yarnies out there happy!!
Love those colors you paired with the Cinnamon Cedar. I see another afghan in my future, I'm currently working on one with the cinnamon cedar w/ Caron 1 pound-Off White. (Will post a pic on your FB page.) I've all but written off Michaels as their web site has even become circumspect as they're now using "partners" to sell and ship from there. However, my JoAnn's (in Columbia, MD) has really stepped up their yarn game. I told the manager how I loved seeing this and she said that they were running low for a while as they were doing a reboot.
You have a good eye for yarn Glenda so I always trust you to bring us the best, I love the choice you have shown us here and can't wait to see what you make with it, thanks for everything take care and stay well.
That combo is one of my favorites for the fall look. I think I'd use the print as top section and sleeves of a sweater, then use the green , latte but I'd add in a another of the that dark maroon-ish? and do the bottom of the sweater in veritical stripes, then the tweed as the trim for it all. But the color combo also makes great blankets!
I would make an afghan with those beautiful colors and I agree with you about Michael's every time I go they have less and less yarn they used to have Caron yarn in every color come on Michael's get with it and get more yarn!
I've used the Yarn Bee cotton a few times, only a few colors. I liked it. The Michael's in Fayetteville NC rarely is stocked. The stock throughout the store is so low I'm shocked they're still in business. The store is always dusty. Joann's selection is going downhill in store, in my area. They seem to always be stocked but the yarn section is getting smaller. Hobby Lobby seems to be the only one, in my area, that always has a fully stocked selection and not pushing more to online sales. I would make a granny square sweater with those 4 colors together.
Thanks for sharing! Your colors are pretty that you have picked out! That baby bee yarn is so very pretty! ❤❤❤ Have a wonderful evening. ❤️🤗 ps: I would use all those colors for and afghan, beautiful, and I may just do that! Again thanks!😊
I bought the Cinnamon Cedar and it worked up beautifully in a scarf and hat set! I'm not a fleck fan but that brown and green look really great with it. So I would use just the three to make a nice poncho. Hmmmm giving me ideas here! Thanks for sharing!
I made a shawl last fall with Cinnamon Cedar and love it. I didn't add any solid color. Cinnamon Cedar works up beautifully and is probably my favorite of all of the ILTY colors I have worked with.
I have found yarns at Hobby Lobby that feel like my favorite yarns and cost less. It’s a win for me.
I hope you are going on their every other week 30% off sales. It's a super deal
I love hobby lobby "i love this yarn". You get great yarn quality for a great price

I’d make an Afghan with those colors.
They are gorgeous colors. I wish I could see a picture of the blanket you made. I love fall colors.

I crochet with I Love This Cotton Yarn all the time! Table runners, placemats. Enjoyed your yarn haul video!! Thanks, Glenda! 🤗💕

This is my favorite yarn!!! Hobby Lobby is my favorite store!!!
I love Hobby Lobby’s Fundamental Cotton. I have crocheted beautiful baskets, coasters, hot pads, and friendship bracelets. Very durable “rope like” yarn 😊
Hobby Lobby has become my favorite store for yarn. You can’t beat the price. And I think it’s good quality also.
Agreed. And it's always 30% off every other week
I love This Yarn is THE best, softest yarn I've ever worked with. It only costs 3.79 a skein every other week on their sales weeks ❤❤❤
Those fall colors go well together, I’d make an afghan! Hobby Lobby us my favorite yarn store. ❤️🧶❤️
Fundamental Cotton is great for pot holders and towel tops!
I like the print color with the green. Very pretty!

Love y'all
When she was younger I made my granddaughter a little dress with I love this cotton... so soft and washes well.
I get so much joy out of watching your channel Glenda. Thank you for making so many videos.
I’ve been a crocheter since I was 7 years old and I’ve learned more in the last year from you and some others that I’m loving this super fun hobby and it helps so much with relieving stress..
❤❤❤❤
I love Hobby Lobby's acrylic Yarns . The trouble is figuring what color to buy . Love and Hugs .
i have used the "I Love This Yarn" for crocheting poncho, blankets. i absolutely love the yarn. its name is appropriately named. it is so soft.
I would use all of those colors for an afghan!
I use “I love this cotton yarn.” I make baby blankets, hats etc. I love the colors especially the multi color yarns. I have also used this to make full blankets and throws.

Hi Glenda Beautiful colors! I would probably do a afghan with all those colors. Thanks for sharing! 😊
I made pumpkins with the multicolored I Love this Yarn color way. They were stunning and everyone I knew wanted me to make them one.
I Love This Cotton is my favorite cotton. Love the way it works up and they have pretty colors.
This color combo is wonderful! An afghan for Fall would be beautiful!! 🍁
O my goodness. I can see why the cinnamon cedar jumped out at you. It’s beautiful.
Make a ripple Afghan alternating each solid with layers of the multi. I love fall colors too. I also spend hours on Hobby Lobby yarn aisles.
“I love this cotton” is my favorite cotton yarn!
The mercerized cotton is made for garments, it’s a little slippery to me.
Hobby Lobby really does have a beautiful selection of yarn.
Wow, I would use all of the colors together for a sweater. Beautiful!!!
I have that color too! 😊 I had seen a shawl made from it and it was absolutely beautiful, I fell in love. All the colors you bought go with it. You are very good at picking out colors that go together. I sometimes have a problem with that process. I Love This Cotton is my favorite cotton yarn.
SUCH BEAUTIFUL FALL COLORS. I WOULD MAKE AN AFGHAN

I think a granny stripe afghan would be so pretty using all of those fall colors together!
I love this cotton has the cinnamon cedar colorway too.
The fundamental yarn sounds like it would be good for making the farmers market bags! I'm going to check that out. Thanks Glenda 😊
Yes, it would be excellent for making beach bags and the market bags out of it. Worked out really good on my baskets.
An afghan would look really nice in those colors.
I haven't used the fundamental cotton. I also like the way Hobby Lobby organizes the colors and it always nice and organized. 😊
I've also noticed Michael's yarn supply seems to be depleting 🤔 however my Michael's in Ontario has a good supply but, going towards their own brand.
Have a wonderful blessed day 🤗🙏🏻💖
I make small stuffed animals with the " I love that cotton ". Love it ... I've also made Christmas ornaments. Great to work with. I made bee last. Face hugging soft. My 8 year old granddaughter loved it.❤

Beautiful fall colors of yarns, thanks for sharing with us. 🤩
Really like using I love this cotton. I can tell you have something in your mind for the cotton you bought. When showed the acrylic yarn I thought sweater. It would be so pretty with two other colors.
I think all of those together are beautiful.
Very nice, wish canada had hobby lobby
Oh how pretty!! And the whisper is gorgeous. I'm looking forward to seeing what you make with them.
Love the fall colors. I would make something using all four of the skeins you showed. They all blend together just beautifully.
I love the colors. I'd make an afghan because I've never had the courage to make a sweater. My favorite is to use tweed with multicolor yarn.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful yarn. ❤
Its so hot. Im just working on a basket of motifs and will sew them when temps start too get cooler. Small portable, cooler work.
Make sure to go on their bi-weekly 30% off all yarn sales! The I love this Cotton is only 2.79 on those weeks ❤❤❤
I use Yarn Bee yarn and I love it!

So many ideas with the fall colours: sweater, Afghan, hat scarf fingerless gloves, shawls amigurumi toys or ornaments etc.
