विजयंता ने अपने hard work और dedication के साथ UPSC के लिए preparation की और exam crack किया. आज वह दिल्ली में बतौर Additional DCP, South Delhi में नियुक्त हैं. विजयंता आर्या, 2 बच्चो की माँ, एक पत्नी और साथ ही साथ एक कुशल IPS officer का रोल भी निभा रही हैं. Indian Police Services की नौकरी कोई आसान काम नहीं और उसके साथ घर को संभालना उससे भी बड़ी ज़िम्मेदारी.
IPS सिर्फ एक आधिकारिक पद ही नहीं बल्कि समाज के प्रति 1 बहुत बड़ी ज़िम्मेदारी है. पुलिस की नौकरी सिर्फ disciplined routine नहीं बल्कि वक़्त-बेवक़्त duty reporting और बहुत कुछ होती है.
Police की नौकरी मतलब 24*7 देश की duty पे नियुक्त रहना है. विजयंता आर्या का मानना है कि 'देश और duty के आगे कुछ भी नहीं'.
हर नौजवान कभी न कभी UPSC crack कर police में भर्ती होने का सपना ज़रूर देखता है और उस सपने को पूरा करने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत और determination की ज़रूरत होती है. यहां तक पहुंचने का रास्ता आसान नहीं होता और इस को निभाने का रास्ता और भी कठिन होता है मगर commitment और determination से सब आप हासिल कर सकते हैं.
IPS Vijayanta Arya from Punjab planned to do her Civil Services preparation after her final studies. With her hard work, determination, and commitment, she cracked the Civil Services Exam in 2008 and chose IPS over IRS which shook her family and neighbours but she stood adamantly for her decision and today she is serving the Indian Police as Additional DCP, South Delhi.
Being a mother and a cop is no less than being a Wonder Woman. Just as motherhood has no fixed working hours, cop duties, too, are never-ending.
A mother of two, a wife and a respected IPS Officer, Vijayanta Arya is serving the nation with utmost sincerity and managing both roles around the clock very efficiently, and urges to believe in yourself. It is not easy to manage the two most responsible jobs in one hand, considering that with all the power and responsibility, there comes a great sincerity and duty to follow. The IPS is a very prestigious tag in the society and their life seems lavish but the life of IPS is not easy, it requires a great amount of hard work and motivation to serve the country.
