That's Host Daryl Somers on his comedy/variety show Hey Hey It's Saturday that aired in Australia at the time on Saturday nights, this aired on March.15,1997. This was during the Tour LeAnn was doing in Oz in the last 3 weeks of March 1997.
She paid a visit to Australia for their annual Popular music festival held between Jan. 17 to the 27th 1997 & then again for a 9 concert 16 day tour during the last 3 weeks of March 1997.This was from the Latter rather then Former on March.15,1997. She returned to Australia & New Zealand in Oct 2003 co-headlining an 8 concert tour with Keith Urban, At the time in March 1997 Her Album Blue went Double Platinum in Australia & as well LeAnn had sold more then twice as many Albums as any other female country artist in Australia ever.
Thank you for posting all of these videos! Do you happen to have her 2013 performance of "Where I Stood" on the Wendy Williams show? I have looked for that performance forever, but I can't find it anywhere. It's one of my favorite performances from her.
