hs junior here: you've got this! you'll make tons of new friends as time goes by. i recommend that you join as many clubs/extracurriculars as you can (if your school provides them). they look wonderful on your transcript and are great for making new friends (thats how i overcame my incredibly bad social anxiety from middle school and formed my own group back in 2021). it will take a second to get used to, but you'll get warmed up to it eventually. best of luck!!!
