You can skip clearing the shards, if the 40% & 20% splits go smoothly and your group DPS is decent enough to kill Xera on mid. If the split platforms in the last phase take too much time, you gotta clear the shards at the "heart" mark. And gj on your first tanking on Xera :)

Full Harrier, with 1-2 pieces of Minstrel only for the toughness aggro depending on HK's toughness
