That's assuming they're in a perfect vacuum. Air resistance is still a factor for example if you drop a pound of feathers and a pound of rocks the rocks would still hit the ground first as they encounter less air resistance.

@@tensemurm5924 I agree I was wrong in my conclusion however I just did some better research and it appears we are both wrong in a way. what you said about the rocks having more air resistance is very wrong. lets for a moment pretend they are the same size then no matter the mass there will still be equal air resistance and now considering the density of feathers vs the rocks there must be a larger surface area for the feathers and as such a larger air resistance. If they were the same size and experienced the same air resistance, the rocks, having a larger momentum would experience a smaller acceleration from the air resistance so would still fall faster than the feathers which is what you were referring to in your terminal velocity argument. I hope we can both walk away from this learning something new.
Fun fact for Ethan 5:10 you wouldn't be able to reach the phone because weight doesn't matter, so 100kg and 1kg reaches the ground the same time if we exclude aerodynamics

But due to its mass, the feather has a very low terminal velocity whilst the human has a much higher one.
