    Why not bring the developer evangelist first?

      I mention this in the video, but my concern with focusing on the evangelist first is that the company may not have built out an onboarding flow yet. If you do a bunch of outreach and then you don't have a flow set up up to retain that dev (via delivering lots of value to them), then the evangelism is less effective.
      This is why I usually recommend folks build out the nurture first and then hire an evangelist...or bring in an evangelist who knows who to build that nurture first.
