- Our sunday morning, up at 4am, trip up the mountain to witness the sunrise in an exhilarating location followed by a spot of swimming, into town for a few supplies and a bite to eat...fab day.
The more i see the Philippines and the happy people the more i like it. Amazing country and people

well thanks ja..now I know lol, thing is if you don't know then there is no fresh milk in any of the local food stores or supermarkets here..I believe the company you speak of just sell from their own shop, anyway cheers

Alan its Unbelievable the price in food comparison,,, i stopped off at mcds one afternoon,, for me and my 5 kiddies £98 just for a usual burgers and juice ,, 10 mins later finished at a price of £98 ,,, wish we could leave here as well ,,,, great video mate loved the guy giving yous a good old sing song brilliant
omg, that is well expensive, they have McDonalds in Davao City..next time I go there I will compare prices and let you know although I don't think McDonalds will be exactly cheap here either, have a good day Paul😊

the pool temperature was absolutely perfect, there are a few guys who sing to earn a little money, its all good entertainment when we are out and about lol

Hi Alan. Very good to see life out there. Prices as there were in the UK in 1970s. Of course I am looking at those with my UK income not a local one . So what do locals actually earn, after tax? That is the important point. Anyway, one cannot just waltz into the Philippines anyway. Keep up this travelogue please.

What temps was it up in the hill station at dawn? Finally a sub 18!????? Every video to date looks like a sweaty middle 30. Lovely. I miss Asian heat. Takes ages deal with it as pasty temperate Brits !!!!

Hope you managed to get the acr card. I'm in Cebu. Got a driving license here as UK one only valid for first 90 days from landing in the country i believe.
hi darren, cheers, hope to visit Cebu some day, yes we went to davao immigration, 16200 pesos later for me and Tyler we have our next 2 month extension but told to collect acr cards in one month lol and yes maybe just enough time left to apply for a filipino driving licence as I believe they need the acr card number which I don't have yet,😊
@@alan4x yes I leaned need to be patient Alan. I still get frustrated sometimes but once you got that, will be better for licence. I'm still undecided on the bank account if to bother or not. I watched your stream and wise a good service too.

12:30 I'm a big milk drinker and you are 100% correct, trying to find what we would consider full fat milk was a pain in the neck for me but i did find one place in Davao city called Echostore, it's like a sustainable food place and has a cafe in there as well. If you are in Davao again you should go and grab some :D
yeah I do like a glass of milk, someone told me there is a company that sells milk where I am but only from their own store and if you don't know that, you aint getting no.milk lol, cheers mr jonboy

no I not at pension age, I am 56 at the moment but have 40 years ni contributions, living off savings and rent from my house in England at the moment
