My son just got one. Runs good. I rode it keeping in in first. But when he rode it, he up-shifted and could not get it back down. Neutral light is broken too, so we can't tell when in neutral. It has fresh oil and hasn't been flooded, but it could still be sticking. The clutch is acting like it is stuck too, at least a little. After my son fell (he's okay, bike has minor damage), I rode it back with the clutch pulled in all the way, and the bike was still moving. Anyway, we have some adjusting and learning to do. I hope it's just stuck from sitting a while.

It's a pretty clean bike for it's age. I still prefer the styling of the early 80's.

I, it seems easy enough but not having done it I don't feel comfortable doing it on someone elses bike! That and I simply do not have the time right now, I am guilty of taking on too many projects!

I have the same exact bike. My carb fuel intake nipple came off. How do I repair that??
