Love the video, it's extremely helpful!! I do have a question though regarding the formal invitation letter. Is it okay to add 'thanking you in anticipation' after the 'hoping for a positive reply' and skipping the thank you in the ending salutation???

if its a mass audience you want to invite then its a card, but if its a single CELEBRITY you want to invite then you must use a letter specialised for ONLY that one person

We should never use "respected" for salutation, while "dear sir/madam" or just "sir/madam" should be used.
this is Indian English - "Respected" is completely valid in India.
