That starts at kindergarten Ranking system and that is the main reason of our society ruined ethics this creates 2 main problems bullying and blind following teachers bullies sudents other than number 1 humiliates them in front of whole class that embeds in child mind that i have to blindly follow number 1 and only way of correcting others is bullying and humiliation.

Even school and universities/colleges me bhi pura ranking hua krti hai abhi bhi...aisa lgta hai jiska km aaya hai marks wo koi kaam ka nahi raha. Aisa feel hota hai😂
Aur kisi ki job pehle lg gayi ya kisi ki job fauran lg jati hai to iska mtlb ye hua ke wo ldka bahut tez hai. Active hai. Aur jiska nahi lgaa wo thoda ahmaq hai. Bewaqoof bhi hai. Isliye late se job laga. (kahin acchi setting) nahi ho rahi. Jbke wo bhi mehnati hi hai😁😁
Apni apni Soch ko ranking dete to aaj kahin aur hote. 😀
