I always choose faith. For the main reason that hope is what keeps the people going also your establishing a religion which will last a long time after the main player is gone unlike Order where you become a single dictator (as opposed to a party) and is more likely to crumble after the player is gone. States and dictatorships come and fall but faith continues and the values continue.
I usually play order for the exact same reason, because when the thaw finally comes the dictatorship will almost definitely crumble, while a faith will keep going
Your excitement and knowledge about every video is what really keeps bringing me back. Love the reaction, analysis and input you give each video. So glad I found you on the early stages of what I'm sure will be an amazing channel.
the ideologies start somewhat different. faith provides a feeling of inclusivity in the community (the community chooses to come together for a common goal) and generally gives the people a reason to continue forwards. order provides a feeling of exclusivity in the community (the community has to come together to face threats) and gives the people assurances of security so that they can perform their roles without watching their backs. then there's the intermidiate period, where the ideology has to adapt to bring in the fringes who may not be so willing to comply. faith manipulates the, well, faith established in the beginning to justify harsher rules and get the people to spy on each other. faith is rather manipulative during this period. order basically says, as dan bull said in the rap, "if a single person falls out of line, we all do" and brings up the current crises to justify harsher and harsher punishments. but it also has to start manipulating the people, because people do have certain morals, so propaganda helps convince them that it's fine and that the punishments are justified. then, finally, the ideology might fully cross the line. in faith, this is when cults start forming, especially around singular leaders. rather than "converting" the unfaithful, now they have to "cast out the shadows". in order, the tone shifts from cooperation, even under duress, to blind obedience. instead of "forcing cooperation", now its casting out the shadows.
Dan's loss of joy, division made a new order is a genius line UK punk pand Joy Division lost their lead singer Ian Curtis. (I think s*ic*de) So formed New Order. Stupendium won though.
I mean being exiled is kinda symbolic of a thing to do of the order. By that I mean you do have a chance but slime one almost non existent, like the whole "find your god now" thing

I agree with you at the start, faith is oppression through false hope order is open oppression, not trying to disguise it Both are bad but at least order is honest
Order is fascist, not communist. Stalin was a fascist. Fascism is something happens when a government becomes despotic, it can happen if you are capitalist or communist. In fact, every single company in a capitalist system is fascistic, since a worker can't really have a say about what a company does.
Also you don't need to go whole deep down the tech tree of either ideology to survive. It is resource management, and you only need drastic measures if you fail to deliver resources.
in fact, new london is communist from the start. they fully share their resources and there is basically no private property. at least not anything that truly matters.
@@usernotfound-jw7xs true, but that is what happens when you in a serious survival situation in a group. It is not because they have a choice about it.
The version of this song on Dan’s channel has an alternate ending you should check out
Yup, added the link in the description box 😁
the line "no shelter from the storm" is also a nod to their other Frostpunk song, one that I personally like more then this one.
Oh damn I didn't catch that. That's awesome. Maybe I'll react to that song soon!
as is the line in the second faith verse "Each shiver will deliver us deliverance in time"
one of my favorite videos of all time on youtube, thanks for checking it out
Definitely a great choice! I love it a lot and of course I had to check it out. It's Dan Bull and The Stupendium, how could I not?
I like order because of those kick ass banners on the buildings
Both banners are bad ass tho. 🙌🏼

the true reason

That's so true tho!!!!

Oh my cold little heart! T.T I am so touched by such a sweet comment. Thank you so much for all your support!
Frostpunk released new dlc trailer
+ more people make reaction this on song
Hope rise greatly!
Discontent fall greatly!
Yes, the people are happy. May the land preserve its hope. Then faith shall take place!
the ideologies start somewhat different.
faith provides a feeling of inclusivity in the community (the community chooses to come together for a common goal) and generally gives the people a reason to continue forwards.
order provides a feeling of exclusivity in the community (the community has to come together to face threats) and gives the people assurances of security so that they can perform their roles without watching their backs.
then there's the intermidiate period, where the ideology has to adapt to bring in the fringes who may not be so willing to comply.
faith manipulates the, well, faith established in the beginning to justify harsher rules and get the people to spy on each other. faith is rather manipulative during this period.
order basically says, as dan bull said in the rap, "if a single person falls out of line, we all do" and brings up the current crises to justify harsher and harsher punishments. but it also has to start manipulating the people, because people do have certain morals, so propaganda helps convince them that it's fine and that the punishments are justified.
then, finally, the ideology might fully cross the line.

I don't know if anyone has pointed it out but in the second chorus the images on the stained glass window changes to something a bit more...disturbing
*goes to check the video*
Holy shit, you're completely right! Dang, you have great focus for detail!
You paused the ending to soon. He was talking about the alternative ending on Dan Bulls channel.
Dan's loss of joy, division made a new order is a genius line
UK punk pand Joy Division lost their lead singer Ian Curtis. (I think s*ic*de)
So formed New Order.
Stupendium won though.
Both Dan and Stupendium are beyond talented. I'm so lucky that I get to react to these videos and that y'all like em' enough to to them!
You should listen and react to “Fiend Like Me” by the Stupendium! Definitely one of my favorites of his.
I definitely have it on my to do list. I hope to get to it soon!
Is not cold air is hot steam becuse you need to build it near the generator
Ohhh. Yeah that makes more sense. 😳
you should have let him finish talking. he was probably about to tell you to check the other channel for the alternate ending.
Look at more from the stupendium
Gotcha!
i just noticed that you got it wrong in the thumbnail. The one on the left is Order and the one on the right is faith
Y'all have some eagle eyes! Guess I'll have to fix it. In my defense I made the thumbnail pretty quick.
I mean being exiled is kinda symbolic of a thing to do of the order.
By that I mean you do have a chance but slime one almost non existent, like the whole "find your god now" thing
Exiled I think is worse. Slower death as opposed to getting killed with a blast of cold air.

Faith is broken on the harder difficulties
That field kitchen that heats up nearby work places is stupid powerful
LOL, I tried the harder difficulties and I noped out so fast it wasn't even funny. :P
8:20 to answer your question: yes 8:28 so is your voice damn

Why is stupendium shown on the title as order because he be faith, away with order stupendium is the best
OMG! Y'all have some eagle eyes! I must've been really tired that day.
