As someone currently in the interview process for a few senior product roles, I'd say this is spot on with my experience so far!

Quality advice across the board. It's definitely the hiring companies market, and they are willing to be patient to find the perfect candidate. Good luck to everyone!

Great advice in the videos. I have been through the process of being an interviewing manager and anticipating what to say and do if a candidate starts negotiating salary. I couldn’t agree more with what is said in the videos-that the entire application process is an opportunity for negotiation.

Good video but the volume level is so imbalanced, I had to adjust it all the time.

This whole "fit" and “where do you see yourself in 5 years” is absolutely idiotic taken how many people are job-hopping and leave for a better salary every 6-18 months. Being a full time independent since 2015 I sometimes feel the employment is stuck in 1985. Why would you care if I love your product? How does me loving your brand makes me a better fit? Let me break it down: I do not need to love or even like the product to produce the best job you can buy for that money. Why? Simply because... you paid for it.

Great content, as always! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How should I go about transferring them to Binance?
