I wouldn't worry about how ethical it is to copy a patek design I don't think patek philippe has lost a single sale to this watches existence , I dont think a single living person in the whole world was about to drop 20 grand on a patek philippe and saw this watch and said I'll just get this aliexpress watch instead. If anything your more likely to have someone who isn't wealthy buy this watch and then in the future if they come into some money they may buy a real patek philippe because they liked there cheap homage so much and now they can afford the real thing
lol it's a thin line IMO. it would be a fake/replica if the name on the dial referenced the actual watch and the movement was cloned, but i can see why you would call it a fake. thanks for watching!
