I like Sissoko's hustle, and I like the fact that he used the money to help his people in Africa. The amount of mineral resources that have been wrongly hustled out of African is a crime in itself. The amount of mineral wealth that has been stolen/wasted and not used so it can benefit Africans is heartbreaking.
African fraudsters like Sissoko are just taking back what's there's, in my opinion. They are a product of their environment.

He was no wizard and used no magic. It’s a simple scam played like a scene in a movie where everyone involved has a part to play to make it appear real even before your very open eyes , you’d be convinced it’s real. Psychologically, the bank manager was under control by Sissoko cuz he believed everything about him. Psychological manipulation is the most difficult to break free and can go on for years and years without them breaking free, similar to a romance scam .
