Tellement inspirant! Tous les détails, tout le contexte historique, tous les déplacements sur le terrain, tout ça représente beaucoup de travail et un partage précieux de cet épisode historique de la Force d'Opération Spéciale, sur le mont La Defensia. Wow! Bravo Roger!
This was an episode that painted a picture on the goals to be reached and the high casualty rate expected. It may be hard for some people to grasp the tenacity these heroes had and maybe the one reason is them not knowing what these men had to do to become part of this elite group. It was a very moving clip about LCol Thomas Cail MacWilliam and his son. This really opens one's eyes to acknowledge what our heroes had to endure to accomplish their goal to give us the freedom we have today. Salute to all of our heroes.
Wow! Maaaannn! Very moving video, my brother.., because: as you describe, ..this large loss of brave men's lives occured.. ..and yet simultaneously though (in one of likely many cases..?) due to the celebration of a new life on the way by means of this man's birth to come, as you explain, plus he himself in this interview with you, these soldiers who fought for their own, themselves and their Country ..left our world having given it all but also left for those whom they cherished a legacy through their planting a 'seed' of their own. --I have no doubt that many a times this man's father ..from the other side.. probably has served on earth as a gardian angel for his own son..! 😶 As always, thanks for this great historical venue added to your collection by which knowledge is so candidly shared. Once more got teary eyed..! ..ta soeur cadette: -Ess
