its neecha bhanga rajyoga. if any planet is debilitated and if the lord of the sign is in kendra houses i.e. 1st,4th,7th or 10th , or if the sign in which it is excelled is in kendra , the debilitation is cancelled.its a powerful yoga on the professional front but in personal life its negative effects are seen seldom. hope it helped !!
