Public Enemy said it best, "don't believe the hype."
Cool hyped product (new when I heard Gary The Grift "sound and fury signifying nothing) was involved) that will apply to 2-3% of consumers on the internet.
Your nail in the coffin was ChatGPT. For one thing, it's a word calculator, only most calculators are accurate. And you're ignoring the reality, it's not going to be free for everyone. It's basically a public beta in a learning phase that will be moved into locked down with fees for everyone within a year.
Sure, some people will make millions of dollars but I have yet to hear a single one of you hucksters give actual real-world mass adoption Web3 concepts for the everyday business from mom-and-pop to retail to big audience.
NFTs are in decline, and you people can do the same thing to everyone around FTX, one of the biggest scams in history in that "it's the next biggest thing," but that doesn't mean what you're circlejerking about has any real-world applicable big picture thinking.
You people say a lot of words, but they're not meaningful to the mass audiences, but I'm sure you'll find a way to grift off of it, just like everyone in the NFT space does.
Money, actually money, will win, and anyone banking, literally or figuratively, on amorphous concepts with high bars of entry and confusion by design for each and every new product, will lose.

Thanks Colin for your comment. I agree that Web3 is not for everyone and we are indeed waiting for applications that are gonna be applicable for mom and pop businesses-or any businesses. That's why I am exploring the space. Appreciate your perspective. - Mike
