I am confused are they not kids in the crowd? He knows some mom and dads let their kids to ghost concert.

He answered that in an interview - He says he doesn't pretend for Ghost to be a family show, cause it isn't. That is entirely on the responsibility of the parents to decide if they want take their kids or not, since they are fully aware of what the concerts will be like and the contents it will have; a hint on how their concerts will be is basically the music they sing and the topics they talk about, so it's not a surprise. Either way, Ghost concerts don't get more explicit than this, it's all banter.
