I'd like it better if the "width bars" were lower in the canoe... with some webbing or something they could double as a middle seat, or a dog platform. We all know dogs like to be "up", and not on the floor of the canoe. Just my two cents worth.
I agree. They are far too close to the hull. I have mine 25 inches away from the hull sides. I can extend them out, even father if needed in bad rough water.
@@waynedavies3185 Real nice! It's amazing how much a little bit of extension makes the canoe more stable. Tight lines buddy. Love the content. Keep up the good work!
very nice system just to pricey at $379+30shipping especially when your canoe cost about the same as the system, will stick to flag pole holders and pvc to get her done
I was just thinking that right before i looked in the comments lol I think this is for people who already have a canoe but want more stability, its not for new buyers.
How you gonna video tape that and not standing and sitting and casting but at the end put up a pick of you sight fishing c'mon @fishthe6ix @416fishthenorth
Wow you guys have NO clue how to canoe! Absolutely hysterical. Standing in your canoe while its still on the shore, let alone concrete is terrible for it. And then, you pushed off (with your paddle, another no-no) along the concrete. I hope that is your canoe you are destroying. Also your pontoons don't seem to be far enough away from the canoe, IMO. Your lean test was sad, I lean over the gunwales way further than that, and I don't have outriggers. My canoe does have a 36" beam though.
I made a set like this for my canoe using boat fenders an PVC pipe. It turned my tippy canoe into a great fishing boat. I love it.
I'm thinking about the same thing using pvc filled with foam insulation. 🤔 On both sides
Pic
I like this idea because you can keep it in the up position and then lower it for stability for when you get out to your fishing spot
I am a Avid Moose hunter here in Alaska with my Grumman 19’ Frighter Canoe. I am thinking about adding this to my canoe.
Good video friend 👍👍👍
Top.....muito bom mesmo parabéns.
1:43 I'm so for the "lean test" works every time.
good idea

That’s up to you to modify as you see fit.
Parts list in the description please!
I have a similar setup but I feel you need the stabilizers out a little farther to give better leverage.

TEXASCREED what are the flag pole holders?
Couldn't a second aluminum canoe can be purchased and lashed together for the same cost... or less?
That's what I plan to use, flag pole holders. Going to use 2 youth sit on top kayaks as the floats.
@@jamesfarnham9178 ustedes lo hicieron???
Oh you can still definitely flip the canoe pretty easy with those things
Ya I'm thinking so too !
😊
where can I buy this ?
Increase the moment arm to at least 30" and you will change the canoe business!
As close to the water better...you will see. I made my pvc flotings.
Are these hollow on the inside, or filled with foam? thanks
😍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Where can I buy it at
For years: "CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK
- Coming Soon!" :-D
Es lo que estaba buscando, ustedes lo hicieron o esta patentado, tienen los planos como para adaptarlo a mi canobote?
Note; More weight in canoe, the father away from the hull is needed to prevent any flipping.
That was a weak lean test lol lol
Kayak????
or Just buy a Sportspal canoe?
I was just thinking that right before i looked in the comments lol I think this is for people who already have a canoe but want more stability, its not for new buyers.
Not big enough for heavier person .

Do not walk in the canoe on the ground! Do not get in the canoe with it on the ground.
Definitely not a good idea, I agree!

noup ...thats not so stable !!!
waste of time and money...
This solves a big problem for tippy canoes. Must be out of your element here.
these are ridiculous!
