I LOVED all the pieces Quince sent you and all the fits you put together! They did a really good job selecting the specific pieces that suit your style so perfectly. That was almost too easy for you!! It is good that they didn’t send more items. I think even one or two items would make a video. You could come up with so many different ways to style each piece I am sure. I would have worn the cashmere vest on its own as a top, also. I wish you will continue this series but ONLY with very good quality brands and you could consider limiting the number of items so that you would have more work to do in styling them.

Yea, I agree. I think I'll put that in some of my requests from brands. It's hard because a lot of the brands I reach out to are totally my vibe. Maybe should choose a few that aren't.

I think this is a great video format because you're talking through the reasons why you choose what you do to pair with the mystery pieces. You say things like "the silhouette is wrong" or explain that you need the chunky shoes to balance out oversized tops with skinny pants. This is extremely helpful to hear your thought process as you go.

I really like the creativity you could put into this video having something you haven't styled before styled that's pretty cool. But it does kind of go against your rewear concepts that I know is important to you. You're very much. Capsule wardrobe orientated repeating outfits, using what you have. This is kind of the antithesis of that.

I just bought a sweater identical to the black and white sweater with the johnny collar, except mine is camel and cream. I'm thinking a loose fitting jean, brown boot. Any suggestions?

& it's not my general onus to rain on someone's parade, but i'm disappointed in quince's production being in china without any proof of livable wages. they've exploded with claims of affordable luxury, as well as being sustainable... yes they use some organic materials & the designs are timeless, but otherwise they don't mention their footprint, chemicals used in process, they do a lot of mixing fibers which means a wool/poly blend cannot decompose or be recycled... i smell greenwashing but the jury is still out.
Fun video! I'm wondering are you keeping all those clothes? I'm going to be honest: I think you shouldn't buy any of the items. In my opinion the stripy sweater looks weird under the armpits, the two black items are a bit dull, and the grey sweater makes you look quite child-like (which is not a problem if that's the look you want to go for, but is it?. I think I prefer your other videos, where you put more thought into what you are buying in the first place (or at least so it seems?). I think the danger of this mystery box format is that you focus on ways to make clothes work that are not perfect for you in the first place. I'm not a fan of this concept because I think it encourages compromising (and buying more than you need). That being said, I enjoy your videos, and I like your style (both clothes and personality) ❤

Quince quality is fantastic! all those pieces look to fit right into your wardrobe! That 100% silk black shirt--FAB! You didn't mention that the shirt was silk, or the gray oversized sweater is cashmere, but I guessed! This format of surprise is great! Hopefully other brands fit in to your wardrobe as well - I guess there is always returns though.
