ive lost myself. i cant seem to find who i was. and i cant seem to turn into the person i wanna be. i just seem to be stuck. lost. its like im just existing. like im just driving a car with no destination. i dont know where to go or what to do. im lost. im trying to find myself but its so so hard. and it feels like this will never end. i miss the days where i would laugh so much my stomach would hurt and tears would be streaming down my face out of joy. i miss where i was seen as the girl who always had a huge smile on my face. i even remember one of my teachers started to call me smiley cause thats all i ever did. a boy i hadnt seen since like march of 2020 talked to me and he told me "you know you dont look like yourself. like im talking to you and you sound like yourself and you look like yourself but at the same time you dont. i mean theres just something off. wheres that smile that you use to always have?" and i swear i broke down then and there cause wow people are noticing. this just really sucks. i wish i could just wake up tomorrow and be that joyful girl i use to be. but it doesnt seem to work like that.

If you 100% know the reason why you've stopped talking to them and it was a valid reason (most reasons are valid btw and you are not obliged to keep talking to people you don't to) then you can text them again and explain why you suddenly stopped talking to them. If you wanna talk to them but wanna like take a break every now and then just let them know that. And please if you wanna cut them off completely let them know before you do because some people stay there wondering what they've done wrong and sometimes they never get an answer to this.
