Good morning sir
If a employee do not work for a period but he has been recognised as deemed regularised for an example there has been a case when someone has been selected but not given appointment and then after a certain period they have been selected for another test in same department and same time case has been filled .case goes in their favour. Now acp will be calculated from deem regularised date or actual date of appointment
Further clarifications of case
Actual appointment August 2006 from second test
First test in 2002 select but appointment not given
Now through court case service regularised 01.05.2003 how acp will work from 2003 or 2006 please clarify
