The 27-inch variant will have much better sharpness, but it depends on the distance between your eyes and the monitor itself. I'm currently using a 32-inch, 2K monitor, but I'd like to upgrade to a 4K one when the time is right.
People say this is big I got a 43 inch gaming monitor and I’m never going back to smaller. Yes it looks like a tv but has performance of a monitor and I love it. Perfect for console gaming!
The perfect gaming display for the desk! If i get a desk then i want this! I gamed on a 32inch TV for many years so having this as a monitor seems appealing.
I got to say, that is the most talented musician and singing voice ever heard. I'm sure that guy writes his own music and plays several different instruments. What a musical legend.
Have to move from by home office to my wife’s as the little one will take over my prime spot… looking for a monitor to use with my XBSX on my magnus desk with my working station… moving away from my G2 55” dedicated to gaming only 😢
No kvm and usb c PD for such a high price Also the 1080p 240hz mode is apparently very blurry to the point of unusable Lastly there's some EOTF issue that users are hoping will be solved with a firmware update. Looking forward to the second gen version (perhaps with gen 4 WOLED panel) next year that fixes all of these, then THAT would definitely be the endgame monitor!
This is the one I waited for. IDC what Reddit says W-OLED is nice. This monitor definitely has a more mature look to it too. Best to wait for Black Friday though. $1400 is crazy even though the Odyssey G8 was $1500. The competition is out there to put pressure on a Lower price now.
Good monitor but odyssey g8 oled is better because back is made from metal, front has glass and it's curved and 34 inch ultrawide is way better 21:9 > 16:9
I have a 32” samsung 4k curved monitor and a 27” sony inzone monitor my eyes have to wonder alot more on the 32” so i really do love the inzone m9 27” the 32” really gets no play for me and it was 1500$ i also got a s90c oled 65” for watching movies and gaming for a more immersive experience but i need a 27” personally for competitive gaming but I just had to buy both to realize that 😂
At 42” they’d have to be 8k to look as good as a 27”@4K does today. 42” is still “small” enough to use on a (large) desk. I can notice individual pixels with my 32” @ 4K - but with my 27” @ 4K everything looks so much more sharp and crisp.
Dude that’s bad ass 😭. I doubt anything has the power to run 4K 240hz at the same time but it’s nice to have options. But for over a grand it’s to pricy. Considering the tech we currently have at our disposal. Can’t really take full advantage of it and if you do that be another 4 Grand I bet.
I like how similar this one feels to the Alienware one, especially since LG is known to manufacture panels for many Dell monitors. Samsung monitors may be ahead of the competition when it comes technological advancement, but they are far behind when it comes to reliability, ergonomics and customer service.
Btw this monitor is $1,399 and is 240hz at 4k or 480hz at 1440p and lower if yall wanted to know, for the specs the price is justified but still expensive for most people Also wouldn’t recommend it if ur using a low end pc or a console, trust me you want to enjoy the entire 240hz or 480hz it’s big
Could this be the end-game gaming monitor? Working on a full review now, ask me anything!
