Vacation Earned per month based on yearly rate in Excel

How do you calculate it if you receive 5 days at 1-3 years, 10 days at 3-7 years, and 15 days at 8 or more years from your hire date?

Madam, how can I apply this formula for different years? If I joined in May 2017, how can I know my accrued leaves till date considering vacation is allowed only after completing work contract of 18 months or 24 months?
