Went to Columbus for the takeover tour and then to this for the icy tour. I can’t even choose which one was better because both were very Fucking awesome. Great band and great performance.
We were there around the exact same spot it was filmed!! It's awesome to see the video play like a memory! Thank you so much for recording, it was an AMAZING concert❤
🙏🏻 thank you, I’m happy to film and allows me to tap into the memory and allow those who may not get to see the show to have a chance of experiencing it for themselves!
Thanks! I would be lying if I said I don’t do extensive planning on where I get my seats. Lot of variables but if I know I’m going to film a large extent of the concert I try to get it so that I can get prime view of angles of the set and be able to get micro and macro shots depending on what’s going on. Helps it give a more cinematic/professional feel
@@MechaKnuckles I think that in venues where they don’t do a standing pit and move through the crowd it’s better to just take an outer ring, preferably first level. For my favorite bands I’ll put the big bucks into being up front where you’re guaranteed some band interaction. The only downside is you won’t see the much of the concert because at that point I’d rather fully enjoy myself than film hahhaha
I’m sure you’ll get the opportunity eventually! I had to wait many years before AC/DC went on tour before I got to see them but I’m soo glad I was able to. You got this!
@@adambaca3284, undoubtedly! but it’s so insulting that I bought tickets at the end of 2019, as a result, the concert was postponed 3 times due to the pandemic, and when everything seemed to work out, the show was canceled. Of course, I still have time to go to the concert of the pilots, and perhaps more than once! but damn it, I seem to miss that vibe right now!
@@1ikt yeah I understand. I had to wait essentially 3 years to see Onerepublic when their entire album and tour was postponed at the beginning of the pandemic
Oh nice! I’m sure being that close offered quite the amazing experience compared to my nose bleeds in the back hahaha. But I preferred it given that I could get all the performance from the front angles
Awesome recording! I'm going to the Phoenix show on the 16th of September! I am curious on just about how many gigabytes this 4k video was, I don't wanna be running out of space in the middle of the show haha!
It was 55ish gigabytes. Granted if you’re not using multiple zooms and angles and leaving it at one basic view frame it could affect the overall file. When I saw Elton John that video ended up being less (40) because I was closer so I didn’t have to maintain a certain aspect ratio. Regardless, if you’re shooting in 4k, have plenty of space lol
Hahaha yeah it was definitely a little messed up, but honestly going from such a happy upbeat song like good day to no chances it was a perfect transition reflecting the light to the dark side so to speak
hi! i've come back to watch your video several times, it's just SUCH a perfect view of the show! i'm wondering if you would be willing to share the file via google drive/etc? youtube always compresses videos somewhat and i want to watch this on my 4k projector at home and really get the most out of the beautiful footage you captured :)
So full disclosure I ran out of space at the end of Stressed Out and spent a few minutes frantically deleting as much backed up data and music from my phone so I could film the rest. That’s why if you look at my videos there’s a combined video of Heathens and Trees because I couldn’t film them both in their entirety. Sorry 🙃

very good filming, thank you for recording it!

Thanks for the video! This gives a great look at the on-screen visuals. I love how they changed things up! The visuals are stunning.

@@adambaca3284 Went to a TOP concert recently and got similar seating. Middle balcony is a really good view and works great for camera angles.

This was my first concert I went and I love it
I was there thank you for recording the concert it was great.
The first song is good day
2nd one is no chances
3rd is gun for hands
we were at the Montreal show.. Best show ever. 21 Pilots is one of my fav of all time..
I think they have a good mix and it was cool so to see them do a set encompassing their album progression
This is such a good video perspective! I love going back to see other footage of the shows I've been to
Thanks! I’m no professional but I’ve seen enough to make it a quality viewing

I was here on the right side. Awesome video, A good show too
I was there in the top row to the right of where this was filmed. It was the greatest concert I've been to. And my first lol
Ayyeee welcome to the concert family! Glad it was a good time and definitely a good first concert to start with. I hope you have many more to come!
