'BAAZIGAR' শাহরুখের সেরা ছবি । ছোটবেলায় স্কুল জীবনে অন্যতম দেখা সেরা ছবি । এখনো মনে আছে কি ভয়ঙ্কর ভাবে টিকিট ব্ল্যাক হয়েছিল সেই সময় । বিশেষ করে দক্ষিণ কলকাতার যাদবপুর ও টালিগঞ্জ এলাকায় এই ছবির টিকিট পাওয়া দুষ্কর হয়ে উঠেছিল । শাহরুখের সেই অভিনয় আর পাওয়া যায়নি । 'DARR', 'DON', 'DON 2' ছবি টাও ভাল ছিল । তবে 'BAAZIGAR' এ ক্লাইম্যাক্সে শাহরুখের সেই ঠোঁট কাঁপানো সিন টাই সব থেকে সেরা । তখনকার দিনে ভি এফ এক্স ছাড়া ওই জিনিস টা করা সত্যি কারের খুব কঠিন সিন ছিল । আরও একটি জিনিস.... ছবি তে শাহরুখের সাধারণত চোখের রঙ টা ছিল ধূসর গ্রে রং যেটা লেন্স পরে দেখানো হয় । আবার শাহরুখের দ্বিতীয় চরিত্র টির চোখের রং কালো দেখানো হয় যেটা তাঁর আসল চোখের রং কিন্তু সে কন্ট্যাক্ট লেন্স পরেছে সেটা দেখানো হয় । ফলে ঘটনা টা কে পুরোপুরি ভাবে উল্টো করে দেখানো হয়েছিল । সেটাই পরে ধরতে পেরে বেশ মজা লেগেছিল ।
