i love this series! kobato is one of the most loveable characters ever! i was crying when she disappeared in the end and nobody remembered her and then when she came back i was like THANKS GOODNESS! she is wayyy too adorable and sweet not 2 hav a happy ending! deff one of the best animes i have ever seen!

so i just watched the last ep of kobato and i was really sad that it ended cause it's such a amazing anime and i was sad that such a great anime ended i felt really conected to all the characters as i kept watching and i loved the story line and ep 21 was so sweet but ep 23 made me cry like such a baby but the ending was freaking beautiful and so satisfying wich most animes don't do i loved the ending i wish there was more eps

She had a wish that she want to be granted, but in order to do so, she need to fill a "glass bottle" by healing people's wounded heart. And thus she fit herself into the live of the town and people around, working toward her goal. ( if I say any more, it'd end up being spoiler myu XD )

After watching the popularity of shows go up and down for the last three years, I can say with confidence that animation, talented voice acting, good writing, and storytelling are not the deciding factors for what makes an anime popular. I won't bother to mention what does, as it's obvious.
Where can I find this to watch? Or the manga to read? My library only has the first 4 volumes of the manga and it's not available on my customary manga websites. I can't find the anime anywhere :( Anybody? This is so cute and addicting... I need more of it!!! More Fujita-san!!! Waaaaaaaah!!!!
lolz i've never had a role model till i watched this anime. it wanna be a much better person like her hehe and help people have fun and be optimistic i guess in a big way this has changed my life. it is an amazing anime very beautiful and she has such a gentle voice ^^
@cerebus360 No, Kobato isn't Sakura and Fujimoto isn't Syaoran. Clamp may add their own characters to other stories they make but they usually make NEW main charaters for new stories.(I hope that made sense and this doesn't count for CCS and Tsubasa Chronicles..)
And i thought japan has been making alot of crappy animes lately until i watched this amazing anime. this anime is just splendid. I loved it. The land ladys daughters looks like chi from chobits lol :P, just pointing it out.

People can say what they want about me but I don't care. I'm a guy and this anime had me tearing up at the end. This anime is one my favorites right next to Toradora. It's a shame more shows don't have such good endings.

I love this song. Hanazawa Kana has such a beautiful voice. Though I find that female Japanese singers in general have better voices than people from Canada or the US.

I love CLAMP check out CLAMP on WIKIPEDIA i like how they reuse characters like Shuichiro(doctor) and Kohaku(angel) there in wish also by CLAMP
