- This tutorial will show you how to scrape data from Linkedin using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
Linkedin is one of the most popular social media platforms and can be a great tool for research. But, how do you get the data you need? This tutorial will show you how to use Microsoft Power Automate Desktop to scrape data from Linkedin quickly and easily. We will download all of the LinkedIn groups associated with a specific keyword.
We want to do this to create another robot that will connect to members, post in the different groups, and join groups for us. This is a great easy process that can be achieved with just a few steps. In this video, you will also earn tips and trips when extracting or scraping data from the web.
Scraping data can be frustrating or complicated but scraping it with Microsoft power automate desktop is easy and free and with no code.

Hey Plino, thank you so much for your honest feedback. I will try to go slower in the next videos. To find the href option you need to hover with the mouse over the end of the words, or you can edit the selector manually.
Thanks for publishing the video. Do you know of a way that I can scrape the contact names and the link to their profile? When I am recording and I highlight their name I don't get the "Href" when I right click. Any suggestions?
Yes in the advanced settings you can fine tune the selector

Make sure you are extracting the right things in read data from excel , also make sure it says sheet 1
Nobody show the Yelp web scraping address and phone which are at second web page
I tried to follow step by step but the excel keeps coming out with only 1/3 of the data spaced out weird? Any suggestions?
Hey I already replied to one of your comments to give you a few ideas on how to extract information but in this example right here what is happening is that you have identified an element that is the same on one third of the page and on the other third of the page it is not the same so you either extract all of the elements by selecting and write clicking and then extracting the value Until all of them are matched or create different extraction tables each one for each element you can also use way of scraping the data like I said previously or you could also scrape all of the HDL and then remove all of the markdown characters and have just the text of the page Let me know if you need more specific help
